- hey everyone and welcome back!! in today's vlog i am showing you what i eat in a day. i havent changed my diet ever since i started my healthy weightloss journey, so this actually gives a somewhat realistic insight into what i am eating rn & how i ate when I actively lost weight.
Disclaimer 1: I do not always have that much time on my hands to make my food look pretty which is why this isnt the most realistic way of showing you what i eat. for a 100% realistic approach I rec watching my latest what i eat in a week!
Disclaimer 2: When I lost weight I didn't have any caffeine. That's the only difference tho. I always eat until I am full and try to listen to my body's natural hunger cues

protein baked oats:
- 45g plant based yogurt
- 35g instant oats / oat flour
- 20g vegan protein
- 1tbsp cocoa powder
- 1tbsp sweetener of choice
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 100ml plant mylk
choc chips, choc protein cream and pb as decoration / filling ! :)
fajita chicken: (for 1 serving)
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1/2tbsp chili powder
- 1tbsp paprika
- 1/2tbsp cumin
- salt to taste
- 1/2 lime squeezed
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1tbsp chopped cilantro

i often regret being hungry post an early dinner and seeing you just take care of urself enough to have fruits and a small snack felt so so good..! also the contolled quantity of the sweets, the realistic fulfilling wholesome meals and keeping it simple .. all of this has really helped me ... thanku for being open abt it ....!

Wonderful video as always Anna! Food inspiration from someone that doesn’t shun carbs or joy is super refreshing and useful. This criticism only comes from a place of love and I hope it doesn’t get taken the wrong way: the music in this one seemed disjointed (could just be my personal hatred for songs that repeat the N word though 🤷🏼♀️). As I said, great video nonetheless!

Hey Anna really loved that video, wanted to ask for clarifications. Ps ofc I’m aware that each body is different and it’s not one size fits all but to get a better idea where u stand
1. Do u lift fasted in the morning?
2. How many calories u eat normally and how much u cut for this loss of weight (if u track) if not
3. I personally struggle with low blood pressure and I feel like if I lower even a little my stomach starts gruelling, but I need to lose body fat for sure, I can’t say I’m on the edge of starving. Any tips?
1) I mostly lift fasted because I cannot fit in a breakfast before my workouts. I would have to wait about an hour after waking up to physically being able to eat and then wait another hour to digest before working out. Fasted workouts work out just fine for me 😅
2) I do not track calories and I just eat up until I feel comfortably full - not stuffed. Then I put my plate out of reach and call it a day. I always try to opt for healthy options tho.
3) do you mean blood sugar? Because blood pressure is not necessarily connected to food in the way how you describe your symptoms 😅 eat low in sugar foods and loads of veggies to fill you up in between. Having a balanced plate for your mains is key - but I am not a nutritionist so I am not qualified to give out any personal advice 🥺🤝

That baked oat dish looks amazing! Every recipe I've tried uses rolled oats (not oat flour) and they always have the worst texture.

I could see myself going a vegetarian / pescetarian way some day, vegan wouldn’t be my cup of tea 🙈 but for now I just try to eat more consciously and eat less meat ❤️

Do you have a goal weight, body fat percentage or do you track measurements? Just curious how you track progress. I know the scale doesn’t reflect the whole picture. Also, do you do cardio for fat loss? I’ve always heard you can burn more fat if you do weights then cardio since it can take 30 minutes before you tap into fat stores.

Depends If you want it like a cakey texture or a gooey texture
Weight loss is about eating balanced diet and stay active. Thats how i trim off my big mummy belly.
Not go for stupid diet and harsh workout then lay down entire day
I always believe workout should be fun and happy thats why i ditch away the traditional boring workout 😀

It‘s 180°C or about 356°F for 15 mins. But check in between to see if the Inside is still too liquid! ❤️

how did ur accent go from british-ish and now slightly more American ? 😭😭 As someone who speaks with a British accent but is around a lot of people who have European accents or American accents it’s very fun switching accents and so I’m wondering if that’s something you did ( because relatable ) or is it just a natural progression of your accent 😂❤
I tend to switch accents since English is not my first language and my accent highly depends on what I listen to mostly! Eg when I am traveling I will almost always switch into a British accent unless the people there are American, but then I have an American accent when I am home idk it’s very confusing but I guess that happens when you learn English as your second language 😩😩😩
