In case you read this. Zosia… What a beautiful decision you made, reclaiming your name. Heart-breaks and self-realization are a funny thing, aren’t they? Turns out the things that can be the most painful (truly the most challenging to say the least) are the ones that bring the biggest lessons, and as you heal, you become almost grateful for those situations, like realizing what you're capable of overcoming and who you can be. Growth and learning are a super power. I hope you find everything that you’re looking for, Zosia and that you enjoy every last bit of your overall journey, and self-discovery; the lows and the highs. As well as enjoying university and being around people. As opposed to you, I myself am quite an introvert lol but I’ve watched a few of your videos along the way and I’m always happy to listen to what you share. I notice whenever I talk to anyone who is Polish American like me there is an instant connection. I rarely meet any Poles unfortunately. Started watching when you posted your viral video, hope your channel grows so you can eventually get monetized. It's cool to see someone's life take an upturn, it gives a little hope, especially when I have my own hard times.
By the title I thought you were running away from your past. I'm grateful to hear and see that it's the complete opposite.

I know that such emotional turmoil you're currently going through is something quite painful but believe me, you'll feel better in few weeks. The first time is always the worst because one doesn't really know how to cope with it. Moreover, don't take your ex's behaviour too personally - different people deal with breakups in different way, a lot of them will try to literally party their troubles away.
I'm also very glad to hear that you've decided to reconnect with your heritage a bit more, including your decision to use your original name again. It seems like you're on good path, I hope you'll do your best to stay on it and we will all witness how much you have grown as a person during your journey.

Breakups are difficult--because you're a feeling person. Trust me, it will fade, just keep up your work, your life, your family relationships, your education (whatever form that is), and TRAVEL! Learn about the world and be curious about it. That's an outward energy that will give back to you!

I’ve commented on one of your videos in the past but it’s nice to see you’ve reclaimed your name (I’m also called Zofia and my grandma was too🤍). I relate to what you were saying about growing up in the UK being Polish. I always felt different and like I didn’t belong as much as everyone else. Different cultures, different traditions etc. I sometimes wished I was English just so I could fit in with everyone else.
I’ve also been curious to explore Catholicism a bit more. Growing up I didn’t believe in it and quite honestly it was forced on me so I had a bad relationship with it. I thought I’d never go back to it or be religious but something is calling me towards it. I’m already quite spiritual so we’ll see.
