Seeing this helped me . Coming out of a 10 year relationship. It gives me hope as well as makes me realize there's plenty of people who have or are going through something similar to my situation . I don't want pity just to share my pain & get feed back from those who have gone through it to listen & understand how they got through it. With the hope i can learn something to help me move forward rather than wallowing in emotions

I'm so glad you found yourself after being in a relationship that drained you! I'm going through a break up of 6 years together. Started dating him when I was 16. I'm 23 now and I feel like I have to be "just me" for the first time ever. Experienced unhealthy dynamics and very healthy dynamics in my relationship over the past 6 years and it's a brutal thing to cope with. But over all, I think my relationship was good and challenging. Coming out of it though, has been a rollercoaster. It really takes so much bravery to end something that's comforting to you. I hope everyone who goes through this is able to heal and thrive and become whole again!
Hi I have similar problem, I've dated this boy since I was 16, I'm 19 now, we're living together but he seems distant, mean to me and gets mad at me for smallest things. I'm scared of leaving tho, because I'm afraid of being alone ((especially now, because we both moved to different country so I don't really know other people here)). I also love him, but I don't think he loves me as well. I still remember our best memories and can't let go.

You are only 19,don't waste your lifetime on someone that doesn't respect you and doesn't love you the way you want. I'm in a similar situation, I'm 20 and i got broken up with (relationship of 3 years) because it wasn't working out anymore. Its been 2 months, I'm not completely moved on obviously but I feel so much better. It can feel lonely at times and I want someone but I don't feel the constant anxiety i felt while i was in the relationship. I feel like if the relationship doesn't work out for you anymore you should break up, not hold on to the what ifs and the potential of the person. Give yourself the opportunity to find someone that appreciates you and loves you the way you deserve. You say you moved to a different country together and you don't really know anyone apart from him, but you can find new people to hang out with and be friends. It will take some time but it will happen. Isn't it better to be alone, than to be with bad company? The only thing I would be worried about is the financial problem, in case you dont have the funds to live on your own
Personally in my situation is not that I don't know my hobbies and my passions.... it's just that most of the discoveries and the crazy cool stuff that I learnt and saw this day came from him....we both are huge comic book nerds and love animated movies and horror movies and the characters. I felt like I grew up with a twin flame my whole entire life....now I feel....like I'm never gonna be the same I'm never going to be confident to know what's best for me or not. Because I lived through so many good moments. And I loved to see him share his stuff through links and videos on CZcams of the new things that came out, and we'd fan and geek out over it.
This relationship isn't working anymore....and I feel like he just doesn't love me as much as I love him. We have different perspectives on how much we were willing to do what we do for each other. So....we broke up. Because I could not be with someone who wouldn't give his all on wanting to see me. I don't feel like being friends with my ex partner is a good idea.....for the sake of.....not being able to see him with another person. And I don't want him to see ME with another person too....as I fear I will hurt him. Idk what is better to do.

I’m going through a breakup of 4 years together. I was 28 going in and now at 32 I feel I have to start all over again. After 3 weeks of living away from him… I’m seeing that I’m accepting the breakup a lot better than I thought and everything I dreamt with that person is over. Done.
It helped that we broke up in February and I was stranded in a different state away from family and moved out 4 months later. I was so lost and lonely processing the pain. Thankful that I’m alive and well… no more crippling anxiety. On to better things. 💕

I’m in almost the exact same situation you were - together over 6 years, really the only ones we knew in a new city for all that time, my support system, my everything. But we fell out of love. We tried for almost 2 years, but we broke up. Today. I feel lost and small, and the world feels big, scary, and lonely. But this video encourages me that I can overcome this ❤

I have followed you since that time and used to watch your old channel and also your live streams on twitch sometimes, and I really felt connected to you somehow. Maybe because I'm also from Sweden and "Jämtland", and have been wanting to learn Korean and live in Korea for about 3 years. And it was just reassuring or hopeful to see that someone from my area had taken the step to move to Korea, and lived a life that I at that time wanted to live so badly myself. I think that's why you became a very comforting person to me and it motivated me to keep believing in myself and my dreams. However, I´ve felt really lonely in the journey of liking k dramas and K-pop and Korean culture, but it hasn´t really bothered me until now. It´s really hard to live in a country where you feel so disconnected to everyone and to feel like you don´t fit in. It sort of became my whole life, and I can therefore sort of relate to this video about losing yourself to something truly, and then when it "stops" you feel so lost. Now that I have taken some time off listening to K-pop and living in that "world", due to feeling lonely and depressed, I feel like I totally lost myself and my personality, but im slowly trying to discover new things i like. Even though I haven´t had a long-term relationship I can still relate to the feeling of not having any ambitions and now knowing who you are. This video reminded me that it´s okay to process your emotions and sort of rebuild yourself at your own pace. It must have felt so good to finally find yourself again. I don´t know I just think I needed to hear these words from you. ANYWAYS, I'm so sorry for this long comment, I just want to say that you are a very strong person and I´m so happy that you have found someone you´re happy with and can be yourself with. I really love your videos and seeing your life in Korea. I hope I can find that passion for Korea again and find people who will support me for me. Thank you for your videos Josie!

Hi I'm gonna say this here cause I don't know to who to say it.... I was in a relationship for 3and half years with my bf, we broke up but due to covid and economical reasons we stayed together... During that time we kept acting like a couple and hade moments we would basicly be friends with benefits the whole time I still loved him and I was hopping he would want me back. Recency he finally made it fully final, he told me that last 3 months he been trying to stop loving me because we are toxic for eachother, I don't disagree or hate him but I feel so alone and empty, I don't know how to function without him I don't know how my life will even be without him being in it, and the fact that I don't have manny friends doesn't help eather.... I'm just so lost... I almost feel so desperate to cling on him... I don't know what to do... I know the right thing to do is to move on but it hurts so so bad I feel like my whole life is shattering and I can do nothing to fix it... This is my first relationship btw my first everything and I feel so lost...

me and my ex ended a year ago we were together 3 years, she met someone new and ended things with me but they weren't fully over for a few months after that it was on and off while she was seeing them. She came back to check in on me a few months ago and since then I have been sucked back in and just trying to move on from the relationship as a whole just struggling a year later kicking myself because its taking me so long but im getting there.
