What I struggled with the most was hair loss, acne, and INTENSE sugar cravings...
1.First, I went to the dermatologist to sort out the hair loss and acne (he prescribed spironolactone + oral minoxidil)
2. I also started taking myo & d-chiro inositol supplements, which I'm not sure if it helps 100%, but seems to be helping with my sugar cravings...
3. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I put a more conscious effort to put less mental/physical stress on my body. I realized when I'm very stressed out, that's when I get the most flare ups...

that's a good question! In Korean culture, a lot of couples have matching rings, so we made one the last time I was in Korea... BUT I LOST MINE 😭 He said he doesn't want to take it off until we get a new one
