I'll have to disagree. Guy in the rain deliberately drove through a deep puddle as I was cycling on the bicycle lane, soaked me to the bone, phone destroyed, but no witnesses so no chance to claim damages. About 10 minutes later I saw his van outside a commercial property. No cameras, nobody outside, nothing. Bricking the thing good a couple times, breaking the front windshield out completely (in the pouring rain, so good luck with the dash and upholsterty) and smashing the mirrors to bits sure made me feel better, made the rest of the trip in wet clothes feel not quite so bad. I mean I could've looked for him and just get laughed at because he's an anti-social who doesn't care. Then maybe put his face in and definately get arrested for it. Or I could grab that nice sturdy brick, go apeshit for a good 30 seconds and continue on my merry way with lifted spirits. He'll come out eventually, connect the dots between his anti-social behaviour and the level of damage, and learn not to do that in the future.
Let's see if paying out the impound fee on the car settles their dispute for them! If they can't or won't pay, the impound yard auctions it off after it's time there expires.⏲
Never ceases to amaze me how clever you are. You reverse your truck like a boss and you can slide vehicles out of the most awkward places with ease. Whatever they pay you, you deserve more. He probably figured he couldn't drag it sideways on just the brake discs without tearing up the asphalt. But he should have lifted the front end and spun it around. You're right though, Johnny would have yanked that the right way!
