Why does it seem that he tows "poor people's" cars? Probably because the number of "poor people" who don't maintain their tags and their cars outnumber the "rich" people by like 1000 to 1.
also is a city law that if they are not tagged they can't be on properties without the property owners being fined. our little town of 350 ppl has the same rule. if its not tagged it must be in a garage or up on blocks under a well kept tarp. even under the tarp they are not happy about it. keeps area clean and keeps rodents, animals, snakes and insects(wasp and bees are a serious hazard in thses) from living in them.
I don’t even think it’s a matter of rich bs poor. It’s responsible vs irresponsible Seems to be mostly renters. There’s a disconnect there. They don’t know what it means to own something so they don’t take care of business on a schedule
