      @mindrealminsights6517 Před 4 lety +5

      @james rabbit somehow I think your logic is flawed....gypsies were/are a nomadic people and have been ethnically diverse for a long time. So a 100% "gypsy" would have similar results to this lovely young lady.

    • @mindrealminsights6517
      @mindrealminsights6517 Před 4 lety +3

      @james rabbit OK, maybe its just the way you worded it that's confusing. The original nomads were from India, but the people we know as 'Gypsies' are a mixed race people. South Asian ancestry is just one of the constituent DNA markers, but not by itself. The Italian, Romanian and whatever other DNA is just as much 'Gypsy' as the Indian, so its not quite correct to say that the real gypsy DNA is South Asian. They have been an endogamous group of people for hundreds of years.

    • @mindrealminsights6517
      @mindrealminsights6517 Před 4 lety +5

      @james rabbit The original people were actually traveling Indians.... They didn't didn't become 'Real Gypsies' until they mixed with Eastern Europeans and Italians etc. So Real Gypsies are a mixed race people of European and Indian ancestry

    Very surprising. A huge percentage of south asian dna even after so much mixing with Europeans. Most of the Indians who go for a dna test will be happy if they get a result which shows some ancestry from Europe. They are so happy if they see a result which shows 10 percent European ancestry. People always want to connect themselves with advanced countries. Why people in Europe hate Romani people. I feel very sad when i read about some some bad things that happened to Romani people. Hitler killed lakhs of Romani people. Lot of cruel things happened to Romani people during world war time. I am from India. We share good amount of ancestry.
