Hi Dr Azi. I've recently noticed really tiny white spots and red spots on my arms. Are those sun spots too? What would you suggest to do to make them disappear?

Cover the skin! Sunscreen is not enough. Drop out of pigment meaning white spots and red spots are signs of too much sun exposure over time… especially if you are fair skin then you don’t have much built in protection

Also vitamin C and coenzyme Q in body lotions will help! See a Dermatologist to see what treatments will help!
