same here! I think we should start by moisturizing, and it would help exfoliating our skin, try exfoliating using Moroccan exfoliating glove

You may require prescriptions. Unfortunately, there Inner though Skin is sensitive so you can’t be too aggressive or you move backwards in progress! I suggest DermaBRIGHT pads WITH HQ 2% twice daily. Yes, particularly with HQ option. I suggest starting 2-3x a week and going up as tolerated. Applying anti fungal powder helps a lot as a maintenance

My thighs rub all day everyday. Trying to lose weight. In the meantime though… should I wear loose clothing or should thighs rub together? I’m confused. I wear shorts under dresses to prevent thighs rubbing together skin to skin, which is considered tight clothing. If I wear loose clothing pants will run up between thighs and still cause friction. Don’t know what to do other than wait to lose weight I guess

Thank you for this valuable information! I have a friend who is getting treatment for her inner thighs hyperpigmentation and the treatment consists of chemical + mechanical peels (microdermabrasion). I’m no expert but it seems to me like the microdermabrasion could make it worse? She’s going to an aesthetician and not to a dermatologist so I thought maybe they’re not taking into account the post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

It depends on the formula, as some are more irritating that others. The thigh skin is more reactive to have to start slow and watch for irritation. I suggest clarify pads with salicylic acid and glycolic acid, which does a better job as a lightening agent
