My old high school is demolishing its old gym right now, and they're using selective demolition. They like to recycle any materials they can, which explains why they're doing that. Sometimes I can't figure out why they demolish certain structures in the order they do, but other times it makes sense. They just took down the old boiler plant's chimney and they cleared everything out from around it first before taking it down.
I just don't understand why spend so much money and polluting to demolish an building, instead of adapting your project to the builiding itself, or either not doing a project in that area
I want to see what a skyscraper controlled demolition looks like from the inside.

Better save this video. Almost all control demolition explosion has been taken down after 9/11. I wonder why?
