Great video Kris! I don’t own screen accurate Indy gear but I have some great stuff that’s certainly Indy style that I absolutely love and to me it speaks Indy 100%. Starting of with my Akubra federation iv deluxe from the Hattery shaped like the Last Crusade. Next my Indy jacket fron Wings in Ohio. 99% screen accurate made from Cape buffalo hide. Great quality and indestructible. Last my Indy style ( in my opinion) bag hand made by Komal’s Passion Leather LLC out of Batavia,Ohio. Super quality and they packed it with the utmost care. Great leather. I’ve used it for travel all over and it’s a great personal carry item for flying. Absolutely love it.

Nice bag! I got a mil-surplus Finnish army gas mask bag decades ago when they were plentiful and dirt cheap. Not even meant to be an Indy bag or anything but a nice canvas bag with real military history. I have plenty of surplus and second hand clothing / items that I have acquired over the years. I feel that "Indy gear" is all about adventurer spirit, I don't care for screen accuracy at all. All his gear changed from film to film because it got replaced when something was torn apart. Whatever gear you have is just part of the adventure that got never filmed.
That’s cool about your surplus stash! I wish that I could find a store around here. Years ago my wife found a Belgian gas mask bag from the ‘40s-50s that she thought she would use as a purse. She never did though, and now it’s my canvas hiking bag.
You took the words out of my mouth about gear from adventures never filmed. I really appreciate the guys that are dedicated to screen accuracy; that takes tons of time, effort and money. It’s a wonderful hobby and I enjoy them putting their hard work on display. It’s just beyond me to jump down a rabbit hole like that - I’d drive myself crazy 🤣
Great video! I love my Akubra Adventurer. Not screen accurate but its what I always wanted in a fedora. I must admit that there have been a few "Hey Indy" comments thown my at work, but its all been good natured.

I love the idea of having gear in the spirit of Indy. Like my bag I showed on fb. It’s not just like Indy’s but it’s still functional and cool. My boots are redwing blacksmiths and not screen accurate. And I always wear blue jeans 😊 my own style with some influences

This particular pair of Levi’s is so soft that it’s mostly what I wear nowadays. I have a pair of green cargo pants that have finally given way after 20 years, so it’s time for a new pair. 🤣
