"Coming up in metroflex, this is pretty much the bar we have always used. This bar is 24lbs. Its a pound lighter than a typical olympic lifting bar, the reason for that is a smaller diameter for a better grip. At the end there is a dual roll pin construction which makes it more durable and easier to maintain. You dont have to worry about the sleeves coming off."

Wife bought me a TBP for Christmas. Have only used bars in gyms. Love my TBP. I have seen much internet fodder - hate or dislike for TPBs... in favor of others. WHY? Is it because Rogue and other gucci brands are just the 'new' cool thing to use? I really can't imagine another company making a better bar...

@@GASPOfficial Yes, and I love it! I like the 3 rings for lining my grip up and the knurling is just right. Squats are an adjustment for me, as it has more whip than I'm used to but that's just personal preference
