It's strange... DirecTV Stream was available first...which is online service only separate from the Directv Satellite service. But last week I noticed the actually DirecTV app for people that have the satellite service was now available and the Directv Stream app was gone....but I heard on some other devices it gives you the option to choose the service you have...
I also tried it on a Roku...the Roku gives you more info saying that if you get either Stream or Satellite just put your credentials and it will figure out which account you have. Also the Roku Directv app seems smoother compared to the AndroidTv/GoogleTv.

I am able to log in and get it working, but it only works for 15 minutes, then it gets shut down. Very frustrating.
Do you have dtv streams or satellite?

@@danram247 I finally gave up and signed up with Fubo. I couldn't be happier with their service.
