I came here for the house in Clarksburg as I took the liberty of looking it up zillow while your video was playing. That house looks astounding as that would definitely be a cash deal if I lived in the area, but I'll bet you the heating bills would be a true budget killer. From what I can tell the bones look to be in terrific shape as you would need to do some outside work and some cosmetic inside, but would have to take a serious look at that roof to see what one would be up against. That house is going to be a crown jewel for someone.
