Yeah, stay away from the one with the kitchen base cabinet doors installed upside down. If someone did that there's no telling what else they did upside down and backwards.

Focusing on the last property which appears to be resting on cinderblocks, not exactly a secure foundation. I would be very skeptical of the whole setup, regardless of the storage building next to it with a crack on the floor!!! Buildings not well maintained, who knows what questionable homemade construction they are hiding...LOL

What am I missing? I’m not getting what the big deal with acreage is. My house is on a 1/4 acre lot in Tampa Bay Florida, and I don’t look forward to cutting the lawn. I could not imagine dealing with a lot that’s 8 or 12 times that size!!! What are people doing with all this property?

The middle of the house is sagging on the first one. Wouldn’t touch it.

It is better to opt for large area rugs or to have a piece custom-cut and edged for a room. This approach makes it simple to replace and is far less expensive than wall-to-wall carpeting.

This popped up on my feed and I love your narration, oregon is the best state. I moved here from NorCal. I would highly recommend you do a video like this but look at the Oregon coast…… you would be blown away by what you can get with an ocean view or frontage for under a million

It appears that all of these houses are at the top of the asking prices, although they need a lot of work. I would bid 1/2 or more less than the asking price. As you can see, these properties have been abused, and on the market a long time. So, these houses are for a DIY person with know how in plumbing, electrician, carpenter, painter, floor refinisher to get them back to shape (It's like forced labor). The last house with all that wall-paper it will probably take a decade to renovate and no vacations, who needs that!!! LOL

Sad the same family had the one since it was built, over 100 years. 10 kids raised there but obviously none want it 😢and parents likely passed on there. If only it had more than 1/2 acre. Why live in the sticks without enough land for a farm?

Watch a few episodes of House Hunters and you’ll see how much of a bargain WV real estate is. Houses people pay over a million dollars for in some states you could buy for under $200k in West Virginia.

Appliances might be negotiable - always ask. Because many sellers & flippers are not fitting appliances in empty homes due to theft problems.
