BTW, that glass tile counter top in the bath is like a fresh ocean wave of delight!
And the other tile works shown are incredibly detailed; a once in a lifetime work of art.

Would rather have a smaller home on at least 2 acres but they are all really nice. Susan thanks.

Whoa. The first two properties were occupied by neglectful owners. There shouldn't be that much damage to floors in a properly attended home.
With the extent of mismanagement that is apparent, those first two homes are a hard pass at their listed prices.
However, The Texarkana, 1978 build is a bargain! That home was beloved. The landscaping is so much more than it appears to be, with decks, rock walls, paths, and yes, that is an expensive water feature near the screened gazebo, even Seiryu Japanese maple (a hard to find species). Just the gardens shown in the photos would cost $100,000. I specialize in mature garden restoration for 10+ years now and this one needs a detailed evaluation! Stay away from the big companies with truckloads of thug employees willing to rip everything out and start over; it will lead to a great loss. I truly wish I was going to be involved; I love what I do.
The interior is all aces, one of one. Letter 'J' and the paisley pattern, intricate and detailed, done on such a large scale that it appears as a single sweeping brushstroke of genius. This home is the most thoughtfully cared for property I've seen on the net anywhere. However it came to be that the home is empty; I fear it was a tragic personal loss. I wish I could meet the owner and discover the story of love that produced this beautiful place of comfort. The price is far too low.

All (3) Houses are great and the Mid Century Moderns are unique in their own right. Hoping someone sees the potential and shows up for that house. Thank You for tuning in. More Houses to Come. Cheers ☕️☕️

Wow the first one has actually been on the Market by the original owners that bought in 2014 since 2020, they then Doubled the asking price. Arkansas is known for some crazy , movie type beings living in deep woods. Thats all I can comment on that subject, do your own search.

The common theme in all of these videos is that people do not take care of their homes and just let them go. If you have a wood exterior like the first home, you have to maintain it with either stain or paint. This home is completely weathered like a fence. SAD. It can be restored using chlorine and pressure washing. Then it has to be restained to protect it from UV rays.

As unique and special the third building is, the creek may be the problem with this house. Creeks often put houses into flood zones and Susan, you know what flood insurance can be. Such a shame, as this house is perfect and very well taken care of.
I believe house #2 was a 3 apartment dwelling, probably family related. Many of the floors seem to be heart pine, a flooring that is no longer available.
House #1 Someone painted the living room floor and then scratched it up. This house needs someone who knows wood flooring to do some serious work. The kitchen definitely falls short.

Hello there. I'm looking for a ''small'' property in Sapulpa Oklahoma. my dad has a large place there and gave me a section 1 acre to live. But if a were to purchase my own few acres? with or without a place already built that's great! I would prefer a lot with a nice view and woodsy. approx 100k to work with. thank you! John love your channel.
