If you look really carefully, you can see a shadow parallel to the semi. I think this was two people both fucking up, really bad, at the same time. Red pickup tries to squeeze past semi on the left, semi shifts right while the little tiny SUV thing squeezes in at the same time. SUV gets spun, kicks itself underneath the pickup and the truck gets sent.
I think the red truck was in the other lane parallel to the big rig. just behind the cab from out view. The red SUV was forced into his lane flipping the pickup truck.
It's on the other side of the semi as it moves through the intersection.
The red truck was next to the semi. When the red Buick turned in front of semi, the Buick hit the back end of the red truck causing him to counter flip.
With as many hit and run accidents that happen daily, I was genuinely surprised that everyone stopped and stayed at the scene. 😂😂

I was in an accident 18 years ago. Girl pulled out in front of me and my friend as we drove by a gas station and the ambulance was sitting in the parking lot. They came right to our aid. Not sure how the girls in the car managed to receive no injuries, but I was glad they weren’t hurt. My fiend and I were only a bit banged up. We got lucky

It happens too often.
People sue the very people that came to their aid and rescue.
And they sue over the most far reaching and exaggerative claims they could come up with. And they win most of the time.
So I understand.
I used to work as a cashier at shoprite when I was a teen, I remember one of our security guards had a tool for helping customers get into their cars when they would accidentally lock their keys in the car. He had been working there for years, over 20, he loved his job and he loved all the people.
One day a lady shopping had came to him, because he was the parking lot security, crying about how she locked her keys in the car and her cell phone was in there and she didn’t know what to do. He told her he could help her, he had a tool for helping with this situation and within 15 minutes he was smiling as she thanked him for his help and drove away in her car.
About three weeks later the store got served.
The husband of this woman was suing for the value of the car and emotional stress as he claimed the security guard caused irreversible damages when he used a tool to unlock it. He claimed the locks were no longer working properly on the door he opened, he claimed there were scratches and he claimed that his wife had been driving upon leaving the grocery store parking lot and the driver door (the one that had been opened by the security guard) had flown open on her and she almost fell out and almost lost control of car and has since been unable to drive due to the fear and panic from that incident.
When I tell you it was a pile of bullshit- it was a huge steaming pile of bullshit. They had zero proof to any of their claims, not even a receipt from a mechanic, the only thing they had was a scratch on the door that was able to be proven as already there before the security guard open the locked door thanks to the parking lot cameras. The husband and the wife were greedy ungrateful bastards and they were willing to lie and cheat and destroy an innocent man who tried helping them to get further for themselves.
The store actually gave the couple money. Despite knowing the lawsuit of theirs wouldn’t get anywhere. They didn’t want to look bad by seeing it through, and even though they knew the couple was heinous and lying, they gave them a small amount of money. And then they fired the man who had worked for them for over 20 years. The man who loved his job and loved the people there and loved his company. The man who was always willing to help anyone who needed it. They claimed their reason for firing him was because he had a private tool of his own that he used to assist their customers without having any permission from the store or any insurance to use that tool and that he had caused them extreme liabilities.
It was devastating.
I quit after they fired him.
I’m sorry for such a long comment. But I wanted to share that because I wanted to validate how you feel. I’m sure you expected me to challenge your reply. But nope. I get it.
The world sucks.
And there are amazing people out here, really good people out here, but it doesn’t change the fact that there’s a whole lot of shitty people who will chew you up and spit you out for kicks.
So I get your feelings and your standpoint.
I really do.
I still love that people choose to help others when they don’t have to. I’m always going to love that.
But I totally understand those in your position too.
