    Hi Megha. I use Ver in my Kashmiri Rajma. A Kashmiri Muslim told me that the authentic version isn't made in the cooker, but cooks in the handi for 3 hours 🤔

      Hi Ritu traditionally all Kashmiri dishes were made in handi even the non vegetarian dishes but in present times most of us don't have the time to do it that way so we use pressure cooker.But yes the masalas that I have shown are the ones that are used for making this Kashmiri Rajma.

      Actually, I found that by using Ver + tomatoes + the masale, the Rajma turns out super yummy.

    Megjaji, whether Jammu Rajma and Kashmiri Rajma are different or same???

      If you are asking about cooking style then it is different as for Kasmiri style we do not use onion, ginger and garlic.

    How's it different from kashmiri rajma gogji?

      Rajma gogji has the flavor of gogji infused into the dish whereas this is Kashmiri style of making rajma which has more masalas and different flavor.
