I think he's a great coach. However, after the move from Highbury and the departure of Mr.Dien, the club went into a different direction. It was hard to judge if they wanted to win trophies or be 'successful'. I don't think the club backed Arsene the way other clubs did with their managers. If that were so, then many players would not have left the club Henry, Cesc, Nasri, Sagna, Walcott, Rvp and so many others. However, he still is one of the best.

David Cunningham I watched AFTV quite a bit during Arsenal fans vs Wenger meltdowns, and DT, Troops and co would diss Wenger and praise Gazidis and Kroenke, and everyone in the comment section and on twitter would agree... which was sad to see.
Arsenal fans used to always hilariously make up lies that Wenger was in charge of the funds and the whole club and that Gazidis wants to spend more and win but Wenger was holding the money and not wanting to buy players, (lmao!!!)
It wasn't until Kroenke publicly came out and said he wasn't interested in trophies did they switch on him (and even some were claiming he doesn't want to win things because of Wenger!!!!... lol)
And it wasn't until Gazidis wanted to quit (after Wenger) did they switch on Gazidis....

On top of fighting two premierships away from the great treble winning man utd squad and making fergie fear for his throne. Wenger came and showed this country a new style of football, the flair, combination play, the give and go, playing through the lines and in all honesty embarrassing pretty much every team they came against and oh the small matter of 26 wins 12 draws 0 losses. Its not even just that, to take a world class centreback in Sol Campbell, captain of your biggest rivals, and bring him to the club on a free transfer and then win the league at tottenham. Unbelievable, if you havent seen it i recommend watching highlights of that season and interviews with ex players that played against that team. People think its easy to be a manager but look at Henry, look at Mourinho, look at Conte or even Emery as an example. Wenger did an out of this world job with the limited resources he had and considering his hand were tied for many years during his Arsenal tenure. He was great at managing the club on and off the field, but most fans of the club didnt see that.. only the results. His worst season in his 22 season at Arsenal is finishing 6th - with coincidentally where Emery would most likely finish this season.. that tells alot of his achievements.

Both Wenger and Mourinho look like happy men after leaving managerial jobs, I’d love to see them back to management and show more amazing work, at the same time I’d also love to see them giving solid punditry on tv, they are both so smart on their analysis.

He should look to take a directors role. Think he is past it as a manager but still has something to offer a club. I think if he want to manage he should look at international football.
