This is a tribute video to the greatest player to have played for Arsenal Football Club - Thierry Henry.
Thierry had storming pace, fantastic skills, brilliant touch and a great passion for the club.
Many people, including myself, believe that he is the greatest the Premier League has ever seen and I believe this video shows why.
Thank you for watching and I hope you enjoyed.

2003/2004/2006 he deserved to win in at least on of those. 2003- Zidane, but I feel Henry was the better player that season. 2004- Nedved, Arsenals early Europe elimination cost Henry, but Henry in 2004 was perfection. 2006- Cannavaro, well Italy won the WC & Canna was great in the WC, Juve won Scudetto but hey they were stripped of it. Imo, Henry was the better player and better overall performance than Canna in 2006. But, whatever, it doesn't matter too much after all I guess.

Henry is most definitely the greatest player in Arsenal history, and I believe him to be the greatest player in the history of English football. The only conceivable competition would be Best, Scholes, Ronaldo (too short time in England though), with Shearer, Bergkamp, Charlton, Keane, Cantona, and Vieira in that same conversation. But in the end, no one in English league history has ever been the player that Henry was.

      Ben Roberts
I don’t think you’ve watched Ronaldo play. Clearly you’re an American or English man who only watches Arsenal. Open your eyes, the Serie A had some of the best defenses of all time: Baresi, Costacurta, Ayala, Maldini, Desailly, Nesta, Mihajlovic, Ferrara, Thuram, Cannavaro, Koeman, De Boer & Cafu, yet Ronaldo single handedly tore them apart with his mesmerizing dribbles. It was the highest level in the world before the Galatico’s era in 2000, Zidane, Maradona, Gullit, Nedved, Del Piero & Baggio all played there. In Ronaldo’s best seasons from 1996, 1998 (in which he won the Ballon D’or) & 2003, he averaged 7.6 dribbles per game. Ronaldo is one of the few players who can dribble with the ball close to his feet, his control is so much better than Henry, who sprints by kicking the ball forward. Henry’s dribbling is no where near as efficient as Ronaldo. Also, he took on far weaker defensive players such as Terry, Ferdinand & Carragher, don’t compare the Premier League to 90s Serie A. Ronaldo was a much more talented player than Henry, he has 4 FIFA World Player Awards to prove it.

I think the best compliment I can give Henry is that as a young villa fan growing up he was the one & only player I remember who I was genuinely fearful of when we would be playing them, as I just knew at any given second he could score any type of goal from any distance... you simply was on edge every time he had the ball as you knew the talent he possessed & that itself was scary - I think that’s the best compliment I can give to describe him the best... & I hope it does him justice for the younger generation to let them know just how great he was

There’s no one who was more dangerous and unstoppable than El Fenomeno. With a combination of speed, agility, dribbling, tricks and technique, he had so many ways to humiliate defenders. Stepovers, nutmegs, roulettes, body feints and fakes going in both directions, plus that crazy burst of acceleration to suddenly get away. He made everything look so effortless. He toyed with some of the greatest defenders ever in Maldini,Nesta and Cannavaro on their hardest tackles. They simply had no hope to prevent him. At Inter, Ronaldo played against some of the most tactically defensive yet physically aggressive opponents ever. Henry relies on his pace and fake shots to make him effective, but Ronaldo could do everything.
It’s not even a debate, Ronaldo is levels ahead of Henry. Ronaldo at Inter was the best player ever. If Ronaldo didn’t suffer those knee injuries he would’ve won the Ballon D’or in 1999,2000,2001 and 2003.

His skill, talent and class will forever cement his place in Premier League history. There is always a debate over a top 5 or 10 greatest PL strikers of all time. Vary rarely is there a debate for the number 1 spot. There will always be great goalscorers. But to have a great goal scorer, of great goals....that's a generational, once in a life time player. And that personifies this man. Undoubted GOAT.

The reason you can't compare people like Kane, Aguero to Henry was that Henry was truly a scorer of great goals and playmaking. Simply phenomenal - hardly ever scored taps in or headers. All his goals were va va voom. Modern footballers are now robots - can't feel the passion of the crowd or energy. Henry wore his heart on his sleeve.
