  • Join me for a 15 minute RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your full body. All you need is a light to medium resistance band with handles. Today I'll be using a 20 lb band. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

    I was in a car accident 1-1/2 year ago, leaving me with herniated disc in my neck. Meaning I couldn’t lift weights anymore and it was the most depressing thing in the world BUT thanks to my psychologist he told me about tubing bands. And here I am LOVING your workout. I did the other 15 minute yesterday! Yours is the first CZcams workouts that gave me my life back. Thank you so much. Keep them coming!

    Be careful when the band is under your feet when you are laying down. As soon as I thought “hmmm…hope the band doesn’t roll up my shoes and smack me in the face….” It happened. On the bright side it was super fast and I never actually saw it before it knocked my glasses off.

    I have been doing this 2 to 3 times per week for one year. I find it very helpful. I am a 78 year old male. Knee bends not so good. More people should give you financial support.

    Thank you for the workout. Feeling unmotivated and hurt my back, so this was deceptively easy where i wasn't talking myself out of it and I felt the burn. I switched out the leg extensions for a plank due to my back.

    I have hypermobility syndrome and found this video helpful for me in rebuilding strength, in the hope that it can stabilise more of my joints. It's adaptable too, as I need light strengthening ✅️ over the 🚫strethcy twisty stuff 🚫. Will subscribe 👍🏼

    Just purchased a set of bands as alt to weights...the bands are so awesome - no worry about dropping them on the floor or on myself. Also no worrying about overdoing a weight and possibly injuring myself. Thank you for a workout I can both ramp up as well as do daily

    Easy to follow, definitely got a challenge over these 15 minutes. Just getting back into shape after foot surgery, and also just starting with resistance bands. Perfect workout. This one is going into my routine!

    just found this and thanks! it's really beginner friendly. i just bought a set of bands to work with as i figured it was workout stuff that wouldn't take up space in my house. you explain things well as you go through the moves for us. i'll probably check out your other videos later too.

    My band is a large circular band. I adapted pretty well, just wondered if you can provide workouts using resistance bands like mine.

    okay. I have never used resistance bands before so I didn't know the rules, and I was very impatient for a workout tonight and did not use my whole brain. for anyone else who may need to know, you MUST wear GRIPPY SHOES. I wore flat, smooth bottomed shoes and now I'm nursing my nose with ice. (was having a great time until then though.)

    Please add warm-ups, cool down and modifications for people with injuries that can’t do specific exercises such as alternates for squats for someone with knee injuries and alternates for sit up for someone with back issues

    Doing this for a week!
    Day 1 : 👍 it burned a lot I was sweating in the end
    Day 2 : 👍 I managed to do it until 11 minutes

    Last move was tough but what a great workout. Surprised I kept up. Im really bad at learning dance moves and I find workout vids very similar with too left feet but this one was easy and blood pumping:)

    I’m late to this party, but you have no idea how thankful I am to find this! I work out with you using dumbbells, but need to travel for a couple weeks and was dismayed that I couldn’t keep up with exercise while visiting friends and relatives.       yup i think using weights are better for me than the bands, i feel i have better range of motion, my bands might just been too tight, but this is a good one either way to add to my rotation 😮‍💨🏋🏾‍♀💜
