Do you realize how lucky you are to find a woman like this. I still have about 45 minutes of video to watch and just had to stop for a breather and to throw out a few comments. From what I have watched so far this must have cost you a small fortune for steel and glass. You are using steel plate like others do Sheetrock. The physical effort you both put into all of this work is amazing. You can only do this stuff while you are still young. Handling steel sheets is so damn dangerous. One wrong move and there goes a finger or arm or foot so easily. Speaking from experience of severing two fingers over 22 years ago with a slab of marble. maaan, thats is a great Idea. Im all in.
I bet once Levi takes the elevator that will be the end of the steps. 😂
Dude While I was watching it, I said the exactly same thing
Insulation & HVAC & you’ll be good. You have done an excellent job thank you for sharing this with us.

Shout out to the hard working gal helping you, she's very handy!
It looks like she is handy after hours as well 1:20:26 .
@@mike0566 i was hoping no one would have the crass to say anything. I bet Andrew cuts that part out of the video- he probably didn’t realize it!

Most guys would have been happy with a "Man Cave". Not Andrew He moved up to a "Man Castle". Great work Andrew.
amazing work man. The trick with the clamp and the drill was stellar. That one is going in the old memory bank.
78yr old mechanic. Totally love your castle shop/home. What we need here In Idaho, with the yearly wild fires on the mt. Great job, Cody.
Your ability to maintain a positive attitude and outlook in the face of adversity is truly admirable.
Your ability to see the best in people is truly remarkable.
This is one of the most skilled dudes I’ve ever seen
I live near Pittsburgh, Pa. Not far down the road is a place called "Fallingwater" designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. It was built in 1935. People come from all over to tour through it. 100 years from now, people will be touring the Camarata Castle and amazed by its architecture and that it was built, with assistance, by Andrew Camarata, the famous New York entrepreneur and self made man.. Great stuff, Andrew.
And unlike Fallingwater, the castle has no sketchy cantilevers :)
Unlike Fallingwater, the Castle 🏰 still has no sketchy cantilevers at all.
@@BrorAppelsin I studied architecture in college and did a paper on Falling Water, when they did some structural restoration in the early 2000's they found as much as 2' of deflection in some of the cantilevers.
You have a way of making everyone feel included and valued.
You're a natural-born leader and people look up to you.
Colin Furze built an underground bunker and dug out tunnels connecting it to his home.... and you sir built an above ground bunker! I love its design! Very well done & impressive 👌
You have a unique ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively.
Awesome build, very inspiring!
Andrew, as far as CZcams is concerned, you are in a class all by yourself. Astonishing video.
Not quite anybody else that does his activities and with the polish and skill that I can think of. He's definitely got the niche in this particular market
Steel yard owner: ”OK guys, I”m sorry to tell you but I have to lay off some of you, the Camarata castle is all built now.”
Lol
He will get more idea going an build more buildings.
Steel yard owner: "Hey. Camarata. Mate. I know you just finished up but I have this beautiful idea of a 4 story garden shed that you might like"
LOL!
Plus a bunker!
Wow! You really are a can do person. Thanks for sharing your creations.
Absolutely gorgeous, glasses everywhere for mure natural lighting during the day makes it brighter. Awesome!!! 👍👍💪💪💪❤❤❤
I don't think Andrew realizes how much we like his videos
Mind Blown! I can't count how many times I have stopped went back just to rewatch what he just did. I mean this guy blows me away. It has taken me almost 3 hours to watch this vid (* plus take notes). LOL

The most anticipated thing I've ever watched. Hollywood is garbage and could learn a lot from Mr. Camarata.
youtube in general.
Just like learning fish tank stuff. With TV you get "Tanked"....which is a stupid show that teaches you jack squat nothing. CZcams you have dozens of good uploaders actually teaching you things.
I don’t even watch tv anymore got rid of Netflix cable there’s nothing good to watch anymore CZcams is where it’s at lol
I don't watch TV any more, I just wait for a Camarta TV upload
It's a castle all right, and man what a camanding view. Great job. Cheers from Jacksonville Florida

i really can't get enough of Andrew Camarata videos. i grew up on a farm in W.Va. in the 1950's and my father taught me how operate machinery and to do all the building trades. as such, i can personally appreciate everything Andrew does. i am now 67 and i don't think i ever met anyone like Mr. Camarata - especially someone as young as he is having the skills, motivation and sheer work ethic that he does. i just can't say enough positive things about this young man.

I watch and rewatch ALL you videos. If I'm not in the room, my account automatically advances to a video of yours. Learning so much but it will never be enough. Today I watched my first castle build. What an idiot I am for not having watched any of these. Going back to the earliest ones and watching from the beginning. You are an inspiration and PLEASE keep up the phenomenal work. PS: Sorry about Levi.
Thanks. Yeah, these castle build videos are pretty good. I have them all in a playlist.

Absolutely incredible work on this, Andrew. That top room with the glass - night to day timelapse part - sent shivers down my spine. I could imagine sitting up there for hours watching thunderstorms rolling in, or the stars moving across the sky. I'm in awe of the work you've done on it, where it is located, everything! Simply stunning!
Yes I agree. But, will it ever be finished ?
Wondering what the cost was for the building up to this point.
@@chefgiovanni Probably still less than a midrange home. Plus it’s built to handle any and all weather as well as exactly how Mr. Camarata wanted it built.
@Perry Elyod You never know it might just replace the Whitehouse...lol
I was hoping that Andrew will give us a five hour movie about his house, new atv and cnc machine and do it in IMAX ! Best channel on CZcams!

Why go buy aluminum when you have extra beams and a welder laying around?

Everyone: Wood prices are so high right now !
Andrew: Let’s build everything out of steel !
@L F yeah I heard that lol...I can imagine someone trying to demolish this thing in the future like “who in the hell built this” 😂
@L F Honestly I'd rather had a Wood Structure.
Maybe Andrew is a modern day Noah, Joe Biden seems like the perfect storm where a structure like that would come in handy.
Or maybe Andrew just likes steel and thinks wood is lame because you cant weld it.
