    Very good information, after losing my eye sight in one eye, 4 years ago I changed my eating habits completely. I now eat healthy and exercise every day and do intermittent fasting ( 18/6) I don't eat anything with sugar or processed foods. I learned that it just as important on what not to eat to stay healthy and live a long life. Iam 61 years old and feel better than ever now. I was able to regain my eye sight after surgery

    My doctor suggested to cut down ( big time) on my sodium intake and get my physical... with this and eating healthy.. my BP did go down 👍

    Would you by chance be able to recommend a good doctor that’s willing to discuss nutrition and natural things along with Western medicine in Denver Colorado?

      If you happen to go Chinatown San Francisco or any Large Asian population market = Look for Herbal Medicine store / those are the ones you might see w/ dry leaf's / dry wooden looking stuff / etc . you tell the herbalist your problem & they will prescribe the natural med / dosage for you to brew . at least my mom used to do that the old school way.
