when the model is identifying the pothole the box has some text such as"crack", "serious", "insignificant". What is that ?

when the model is identifying the pothole the box has some value...is that value area of pothole or what is it ?
The objectness score typically ranges from 0 to 1, with a higher score indicating a higher confidence level that the identified box contains a pothole. This score is based on the model's training data, which includes images with annotated potholes and images without potholes.
Is there a way how i can use the pretrained yolov8 model and add other classes like pothole to be detected along with the classes in the pretrained model
Yes it’s same way which you need check out video same steps just replace with your logic
Could you please elaborate on this topic.if I'm correct The current pretrained model of yolov8 detects 80 classes. I want to add more object classes to be detected. If we train the model using a custom dataset will it only detect objects from that dataset or will it also detect objects in the pretrained dataset.
