Manuel Garcia Espinosa Kven is correct in this case. The reason for such difference is that Norway has two closely related languages: bokmål and nynorsk. Many words are the same in both, but there are also different words for the same meaning. Kven and hvem are the example. This song is sung in nynorsk, so the correct word is kven.
It's because Danes ruled for a time and thus, an idiom made its way in the norwegian language
Though, writing is different, the spelling might sound close and vice-versa
E.g. jeg er is read like "yey er" in a case and "yig e' " in the other one

I'm glad that even tough our launguage might have changed in how it is written, I can still understand the pronounciations. This is a song I might consider for my funeral. It is not about grief, but about the joy of release from what bound you here. Even tough they are illegal now, I'm going to request a vikings buraial. Part of it is nynorsk one of 2 official written forms of norweigian but wardruna speak in dialect and the write in it to the last part is old norse from the poem Hávamál(the high one's words)

No, it's not. If you listen closely it's very clear that the lyrics attached to this stream is correct. The word in the end of the sentence is definitely "løynde" and not "auge".
