Nice, simple line. Demands good stamina and precision. The original line probably containts more downstrokes than my own interpretation (i kept the mainf riff and other parts like that). I recommend to use alternate picking for faster parts or parts you consider more demanding on speed. As long as you keep good strength on both strokes, you'll be fine. About harmony, as usual on most hard riff based songs, i found no need to create chords on top. Most of the riffs are based on Em Pentatonic (or Em Blues). To be totally honest I feel as though songs like this (And obviously My Friend of Misery) showcase that Jason Newsted was actually a pretty damn good bassist when he was in Metallica, but that's just me
