Well, we're in tough times of cable theft. So this is what I recommend, before you proceed to do electrical wiring, there must be some kind of occupant in the building, or you will secure the property with electric fence and with doors and windows fixed.

Bottom line, if your property is not well secured do not worry about doing the electrical wiring.
