    I was able to reproduce till noise fill effect, after which I made a mistake, which is a good step for a beginner, like me..

      It could be the settings in the Noise Fill dialog. Slight changes to some of them can cause the results to be extremely different. Good luck with it, and let me know if you need any help!

    Hi! I am using Inkscape 1.2 on a windows machine. After selecting live preview on the noise fill, my crescent doesnt get grainy like yours, and if I put everything in the noise color tab to zero, my crescent disappears, I'm guessing because it's now completely translucent. How do you maintain a fill with opacity set to zero?
