Everest Base Camp Namche Bazaar Tengboche Monastery to Deboche

Join, Dean Cardinale as we make our way up the Kumbu Valley from Namche Bazaar (11,500') past the Tengboche Monastery to Deboche (12,660') on our way to Everest Base Camp. As we ascend into the middle part of the Khumbu Valley the views of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Everest and surrounding mountains are fantastic! On this portion of the trek the villages start to spread out and there is less people on the trail. Follow us along the way as we make our way to Everest Base Camp in this video series. For those not stuck in the rut with trekking packages can use the spectacular Mong La - Phortse - Pangpoche High Scenic Trail high on the opposite side of the valley instead of the low Tengboche highway. Amazing views, lots of wildlife and practically no other trekkers. Takes same amount of days, offers more adventure. Once through Tengboche on the way down is enough.
