My heart breaks for Sicily. I hope she will have a beautiful family and love all around her for eternity.
He did Robert justice in that closing.
Prosecutor did amazing. What a horrific mother she was. But Robert had one amazing daughter and she made sure he spoke God bless her I hope she finds peace in her heart
Ppl saying he putting words in her mouth I guess I also hear I did but her talking dum I thought I heard it that not putting words in her mouth because my and friends thought she said I it but they ok with the mom calling the suffering daughter that she lying ppl are so ridiculous so just as the defense be mean to he’s a tough state attorney and it probably how he is but got convicted that all
The prosecution was so good
I agree! I loved the cross they did. When they called her out on all her bs, including trying to talk with a weird accent trying act like she can’t talk right or something. I loved how he called her out for everything. 😂
I really like this prosecutor
Me too. And I don't think he was hard on the defendant at all in cross examination.
@amyelizabeth135 Agreed, she's ridiculously evil & unaware. She scares me! 😮
@@Skibidiplushies he isn’t like that with everyone! She was a hostile defendant and people think it can only be determined on direct to establish leading BUT that’s not the case! He adjusted accordingly when necessary because of HER ACTIONS & NONRESPONSES!
You’ve got to be some kind of evil to do this to another human being 👿
It's her own husband. She has to be a true psychopath. They had a child together.
TO BAD SHE GOT TO BE FREE FOR THE LAST 20 SOME YEARS, SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN PRISON
Crazier part is, now that she's convicted she'll still never say she did anything... that's a true social-psychopath.
PLUS..she claims she went to her bedroom and laid down..uh,her bedroom was the LIVING ROOM!
If Dateline doesn’t hire this guy I am going to…
💯💪🌟
I look forward to seeing this on Dateline or 20/20
@@joyceghaisarnia4388 dateline first!
This guy's voice is incredible and the way he tells the story.... 🔥
I like the prosecutor story telling, easy to follow his logic
100%
A+
This wretched murderous woman who whispered her way with a fake accent through her awful testimony is going down. So clearly was the case laid against her. Guilty!
And to anyone who thinks this prosecutor is awful, the worst, rude…go back to listening to your “Little House on the Prairie” audiobooks. Spare us your ignorance about lawyers or trials. And news flash! Cross examinations are interrogations! Tough questioning, doggedly going after inconsistent and deceitful testimonies are the way it’s done.
OMG she is only 63!
Disappearing all her exes took it out of her 🫣
@ldw1765 😄. She was living a hard life!!
The evil is shining thru this monster
Thank God for the courage that Sicily showed by calling attn to her wicked mom and finding justice and truth for her missing father. She arose from the crime ridden lifestyle she was living in 🙏💝
Lots of circumstantial evidence; her testimony was a disaster; leaving the country pointing to consciousness of guilt and Doug Lloyd's high conviction rate make me believe a guilty verdict could happen.
Fwiw, I like this D.A. It's about a guy's life and you can tell it matters to him. Juries might agree.
Guilty as heck!
This prosecutor is the real deal..
I love a good story teller prosecutor
😮😢 THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES!❤
Doug Lloyd/Prosecutor, phenomenal job. Beverliar guilty in under 2 hours. She's lucky she only got 2nd degree, should've been 1st degree but she wormed her way out of it through the extradition process.
I'd be surprised if the jury would be out longer than a bad movie!
🤔 Aaaa GUITLY, guilty, guilty on all counts!! 🎉 Hopefully, max sentence...
Should've been charged with child neglect or endangerment, too. For bringing those children to a crime scene and sitting in the van with crazy drugged killers, a corpse, and gas can. 😢
I live in Michigan and the fastest I've ever heard of a jury deliberation is about 4 hours. We don't have these one or even two hour deliberations. Not sure if it is because of paperwork or what but that is basically how it is. But yes they will be back quick.
@@kenlang1070some states if they come back too quickly it can be appealed automatically with justification because it was “too quick” to go through all evidence and gives through the presumption they made a determination before deliberation
@@jessicabreen2961 they came back in under two hours! Guilty! She needs to get life! I think she will.
If I was on jury I'd vote not guilty. Just imo the state didn't prove her guilt beyond a res doubt. She isn't here to prove her innocence in court. They didn't have enough hard evidence that she did kill him. Although she should be responsible for not calling 911 When she later learned he was killed. But that alone doesn't prove she killer him.
This trial has the best audio I've heard in a very long time.
BEAUTIFUL, SMART DAUGHTER TO HER FATHER MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND HER CHILDREN.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Prosecutor's voice is very sensual. Also, John Wayne's voice is in there. Jmo
His lecture works better on x 2 speed.
Thank you😂
Wow! So much better.
Thank you. Didn't know that this option was available. I set mine at 1.5.
OhMyGoodness thank you! I thought it’d be too fast, but it’s great 😂
how come this didnt come up live stream?
I was thinking the same thing
@lauraleesmith5417 I'm wondering if Chad Daybells jury selection took presidence over this case, just guessing! At least they posted this! I went down a scary rabbit hole on this one! GUILTY!
@@sandydee8148 aaaaah I bet you are right !! Yea this has been an interesting trial for sure. Have you been following the young thug Rico ?
@@lauraleesmith5417 No, I just wait for the most disturbing ones! LOL Kidding, but I'm not watching that one!
I absolutely Loved this Proscuter ❤️. He did an amazing Job imo!! He handled it very well. Bravo 👏 to you sir.
I want to commend the prosecutor Mr. Doug Lloyd. Your commanding voice coupled with your mannerism makes it easy to pay attention and follow this scenario. And thank you Court TV.
This prosecutor is sooo effective & thorough. He is mesmerizing & convincing. Well executed, well played, well WON!! What a POS, horrific, woman she is! RIP ROBERT 🙏🏻 I hope Sisily can find peace in this at last.
This prosecuting attorney is a MASTER!! HE is awesome!! And his sarcasm & humor is hilarious!! I thoroughly enjoyed this!! He presented the facts & set the scene SO well & is such a crafty storyteller , I doubt the jury could come up with anything but GUILTY!! Bye Bev!! Enjoy the rest of your sorry life behind bars!!
Who dosen't ask or know why or where they are driving to and then piles their kids in a van. She must have been involved. All 3 of them knew what they were going to do to dispose of poor Robert.
She said she had never been down the cellar but described the layout very well in her testimony😏. Who lies down on a bed after the father of her child is murdered and doesn't ring the police immediately. It stinks. She's guilty as hell. 🔒her up!
Sicily you turned out amazing. Go live a good life you deserve too. We can pick our parents. You can feel good you got justice for your dad.
This man fought for Roberto Caraballo. Jack in the box has a name. He is Roberto Caraballo, the father of Sicily Caraballo. He gave Sicily space to say his name. He made the jury hear that name 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 RIP Roberto, he can rest now❤
Guilty all day long. Though, I haven't heard the defence closing yet (I don't need to, tbh)...
Great job prosecutor. She is guilty
Prosecutor did a very good job ! Amazing !
Ma Barker needs to be locked up!
The defendent gave a pretty stupid account of what happened. I'm sure a better more plausible account could be devised by a much cleverer murderer. Sloppy murder. Sloppy disposal of the body. Too many witnesses who can blab and too many suspicious lose ends. Very badly planned murder. Lol. Poor Robert. Rip.
Under the jail pls . Rest peacefully in heaven Robert ❤
GUILTY.. 😂😂
The fake accent absolutely killed me… searching for words like it wasn’t her native language. Surprised she didn’t take it all the way with “uh, how you say….” 😂🙄
This prosecutor has a good radio voice if this falls through. ;)
Bedroom voice
@@jaco0712😂😂😂😂
*she had a Freudian slip and admitted to killing him… Im so confused as to why he never brought that back up. Dropped the ball on that one!!!*
I thought I heard her say she killed him too
I watched that too and said to myself. Wow she is lying and guilty of killing him. I wasn't so convinced after watch Chris testify but her daughter knew the truth
I heard that too
She misspoke. You have done that too. That's not proof she killed him. And just like that example you used not being enough evidence the state showed only small amounts of evidence she did it. Like testimony of a guy who took a plea deal to save his own ass.... But no other hard proof. She doesn't have to prove her innocence. The state has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt she's guilty. And to me they didn't. I have plenty of res doubt. Too much to find her guilty of murder alone. Maybe another charge. But murder hell no. Just because the state put together a story they think is right... And a story from a few people who have a reason to point the finger at her.... Doesn't mean it's a all true. We have a high bar in the USA before we find people guilty in criminal cases. And we have to remember that even if we think she "might" have done it.
I had a landline phone number until 2010.
I still have one very dependable.
Me 2 @@sharonpowers4771
It was interesting seeing her mask fall abit, when she was called out on several things, and she got annoyed and even angry a few times. I could feel the rage radiating just under the surface.
Not guilty
Prosecutor looks like that Mad Men Star: Hamm and Beverly thinks she is Lidia B.,
Why does this particular prosecutor look like my guy that stars in taken. I have a particular set of skills...
Liam... and a bit of the stentorian voice. 😊
Liam Neelson "And I will find you" lol (he's one of my favorite actors)
Im at 1.75 he sounds normal that is how slow he speaks
🎻🎻
you're not savoring the cooking that's going on.
Having to apologize to the jurors for your behavior as an attorney is a sign that you didn’t conduct yourself with courtroom decorum
I love the Judge’s Clerk’s hair!! So pretty 🤩
it is, but me thinks its a wig haha!
I'm gonna be on CourtTV? I'm gonna be looking good!
She’s very pretty
Judge and Clerk have same hairdresser
they do each others hair haha@@marciaquarle8870
The prosecutor has a very nice speaking voice however, I've been a juror several times and I've never heard a closing statement this long!! I wish he'd go over beyond a reasonable doubt instead of common sense. I've found people get hung up on that!! I pray it's not a hung jury!!
🤣
She was forced guilty.
I thought she was already convicted. Is this a retrial from an appeal?
It's a new trial, after a mistrial was called during the first trial, due to evidence not being handled correctly by the police during the investigation.
Was she found guilty or not guilty?
Guilty
Way too much wind.
Letting everyone know your own CV.
SERIAL KILLER
I have my speed a 1.85 and that is even slow speaking for this guy. I feel bad for the jury he gotta hurry up. He did a good job but could’ve rapped it up in 30 minutes.
Wrapped.
The goal is not to provide information in a fast and efficient manner.
That's why he's a prosecutor and you're the one in the comment section.
No he's making sure the jurors have any doubts about her. Lock her up
Maybe it's just you, because I enjoyed the entire closing argument
I don't know how the state can prosecut the defendant 20 yrs. after the murder took place.
There is no statute of limitations on murder.
"No statue of limitations on nevermind. Smh walks away"...
@yolandalollis9424 you should of let him do some research...I just couldn't engage
If it was your dad murdered would you make the same comment?
Solving cold case murders is a big deal - especially for families seeking justice for their loved ones. Are you new to trials and true crime?
For anyone wondering I did see that the daughter involved was charged idk how long she got though
She got life without parole.
life
An almost 2 hour closing argument is obnoxious & dumb
It's about getting justice for a human life. But, by all means, Karen to your heart's content.
Getting justice for Robert took too long
Not too obnoxious or dumb, was it? She was found guilty. She is a disturbed individual.
I hope if I'm ever in Roberts position someone will spend this much time getting justice for me!!!!
@@mortalclown3812 It’s impractical as the jury only has a certain amount of attention span. All lawyers r trained to be efficient with words. Got it Karen? Lol
Remember that Chris had all the Discovery & evidence for a while so, he can make his story, match the evidence. This is why I question his truthfulness bc he was offered a great deal, If he testified.
He didn't have any of that information when he confessed to the detective about what happened. He was arrested after he confessed to the detectives about the murder. Another reason why his testimony is believable is because he also incriminated himself of being involved in the murder.
His closing is boring. Not exciting and doesn’t keep your attention. I bet the jurors are snoozing.
So sorry if the murder explanation wasn't exciting enough for you - he’s trying to be respectful and also explain the facts he was brilliant
Maybe you should delete tiktok and read more books then you can have a better attention span.
@@SSS-ie6mhit was exciting to me
Very weak arguments from that inefficient, slow prosecutor. McCallum is not on trial for being a bad mother, otherwise the prisons would be full of mothers. Sadly, the jury have not enough evidence to convict her of murder.
She'll get a life sentence for sticking that hammer in that poor man's head.
She just got found guilty.
Are you sure about that? Lolol
@@dorothyguay3489 Smarty pants, name one DIRECT evidence that puts her in the role of the murderer. Forensic data, witnesses, footage, documents, etc. The jury has to GUESS/GUESSED too many things because the prosecutor did a louzy job. You didn't get it. Of course she is the murderer. But the state didn't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
🤣🤣
The very worst prosecutor I have ever seen!
Did the daughter Deneen testify? I saw Chris and Sicily
No, but don't know why
