She misspoke. You have done that too. That's not proof she killed him. And just like that example you used not being enough evidence the state showed only small amounts of evidence she did it. Like testimony of a guy who took a plea deal to save his own ass.... But no other hard proof. She doesn't have to prove her innocence. The state has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt she's guilty. And to me they didn't. I have plenty of res doubt. Too much to find her guilty of murder alone. Maybe another charge. But murder hell no. Just because the state put together a story they think is right... And a story from a few people who have a reason to point the finger at her.... Doesn't mean it's a all true. We have a high bar in the USA before we find people guilty in criminal cases. And we have to remember that even if we think she "might" have done it.

Very weak arguments from that inefficient, slow prosecutor. McCallum is not on trial for being a bad mother, otherwise the prisons would be full of mothers. Sadly, the jury have not enough evidence to convict her of murder.

@@dorothyguay3489 Smarty pants, name one DIRECT evidence that puts her in the role of the murderer. Forensic data, witnesses, footage, documents, etc. The jury has to GUESS/GUESSED too many things because the prosecutor did a louzy job. You didn't get it. Of course she is the murderer. But the state didn't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
