Look I’ve seen some people defending her fake accentS because « she’s lived abroad »… You can confuse words between languages as a polyglot, but accents… nah. I don’t buy it one bit.
I have a British accent when speaking in English since that is where I mostly learned it from and where I lived for years.
But when I speak in my mother tongue which is French… I have not, under any circumstances, ever, EVER had a British accent, nor do I make mistakes as she sometimes seems to be making obviously on purpose.
She’s a huge manipulator and I think the jury saw through it. Take her away! 👨🏻‍⚖️

@PamelaMorris-fy5mb agreed, i look forward to a new trial to actually get a clear concise understanding of the case, this prosecutor is all over the place, her defense is ineffective/inadequate. i dont even know what the questions are supposed to mean in the end, the arguments were cringe, her team not objecting to almost every question shows they didn’t fight for her like they’re there to do. the judge not stepping in only to tell her to stop when he’s antagonizing her & asking all these inappropriate or irrelevant questions, seeing her attorneys aren’t objecting & it’s getting out of hand should’ve made the judge correct the prosecutor too. he’s asking 5 questions in one or after she’s answered multiple times keeps extending the question or asking it in another way talking over her, leading, argumentative, badgering questions, hear say, misrepresenting the facts/misstatement of prior testimony & even her testimony as she gives it, putting words in her mouth, twisting her words, he even got the facts wrong multiple times & she had to correct him, twisting witness testimony & when she says what was said he says the jury will decide. he argued ab religion went completely off topic, he’s just a horrible prosecutor. he didn’t leave me convinced of her guilt, just his desperation for a conviction. he didn’t ask good questions & get solid answers, he just tried to prove her guilt in the cross examination to the jury, must not have had sufficient evidence against her & needed to rely on this. if she’s guilty it needs to be proven in a lawful way, a way that doesn’t rely on these tactics.

But this person...holy sh*t...what a horrible acting job with the sickly old lady voice, thst would change when she was agitated..and the bickering with the prosecutor...damn
And don't get me started with her defense...not an objection... nothing... just keft her up there to flounder (not that she didn't deserve it... because she absolutely did) but her defense completely failed...isnt their job description to defend their client?!

Argumentative means you are asking questions that contain a summation of evidence as one would in Closing Argument. This isn’t happening. Watch the cross-exam of the defendant Nicolae Miu for many examples of argumentative questions. Badgering is the legal objection, but her attorney isn’t objecting so prosecutor can keep doing it. This disgusting witness deserves everything she got on cross and more. She even pissed off the judge, so it’s more than likely she’s irritating the jury, too. Nothing about her is credible or feels trustworthy but this prosecutor diminishes his power when he argues over her answers or about unimportant things and it gives her power she’s not worthy of.
It’s like he doesn’t know the evidence well. Or spends too much time on silly things and his saying:
“I’m confused…” only makes him look silly. That is not the way you deal with a woman like this.

Thank you, I was thinking the same thing and he keeps cutting her off and sometimes he needed to but other times defense should have objected. Also the prosecutor has asked her a question and she says yes or no then he asks her the same question again; this is where defense should object and say, "asked and answered." My statement does not mean I think she's innocent as I think she is absolutely guilty of all charges.
