The adhesive glow in the dark vinyl can be used indoors and outdoors. You will notice some fading over time when exposed to UV rays.

We do not recommend using a sealant on the adhesive vinyl. It affects the adhesive properties.

You will want to put it in the sunlight to charge the vinyl.
