Got a weird issue right off the bat. I clicked the link in your description to Blender 3.0 and I click download, but the link redirects to a download for the latest version of Blender, currently 4.1.1. I can't find out how to actually get 3.0.
EDIT: found it.
Once you click Download on the Blender 3.0 page, and it redirects you to the download for 4.1.1, instead of clicking to download it, looks just below that, where it says in small, greyed out letters "Looking for Blender LTS or a Previous Version?" then click the "Previous Version" link.
Then, on the new page that pops up, click "Download Any Blender", which will take you to a repository. Locate 3.0 in there, click it, and you're good to go.
Leaving the steps here in case future viewers have a similar issue. The small, grey links that lead to the older versions were nearly invisible on my monitor.

Hey girl, question, regarding the shape keys, im making a male avi and one of his shape keys is to have a thicker body. If I was to turn that up to 1, would that basically mean that my avi would be thicker by default? Also, I notice that if I have a skybox image in the scene, it always disappears once I click "fix model" and I can never get it back. Do you by any chance know why that may be or how to fix it? Im just left with this green background
i need help fixing my emotes material, i tried following the steps you did to fix the lashes but i dont have a alpha texture for it i only have mask for my emotes and global mask

there is a very very small arrow on the side bar, u cant barely see, if you press it, the side bar shows up :D

For everyone, only use the development version of the cats plugin and dont use any blender version which is above 3.6! Otherwise the cats plugin wont work anymore!

Can't even find out how to download blender 3.0 every time I have tried it just takes me to "Index of /release/Blender3.0/" and I really have no clue what to click and what to download, I'm stuck.
I left off here: 1:19 (I accidentally broke my laptop in rage when trying to do this for the first time, so I'll continue when it gets fixed)

same. like is the only way to import a model to pay money for a model base...
Imagine knowing that you will struggle with blender eventually. Work up the nerve to finally learn and then click on this video just to get stuck on the first few steps. my cats file doesnt work for some reason, and ofc no one has the same problem in the comments. Then get asked if the file is unzipped, but i never unzipped it. THEN i gotta figure out some out of pocket bs to fix the probably most simplest of problems
