Chelsea were freakin lucky. Only 1 shot on target the whole game and that only from Ben Chilwell. Brentford on the other hand were impressive. Tight game but Brentford could've won.
Not just lucky if we had made proper passes to lukaku.. The match would have been won by Chelsea in the first half
@@martinokyere8305 yup they dont pass to lukaku that often. there is one instance the wingback were in position to cross the ball to lukaku instead they do short pass to penetrate the defence. i think they should start crossing the ball more often and have faith in lukaku beating his man marked defender

I still have doubts in the 3-5-2 formation. Maybe it's good to close out a winning game but we seem limited when starting games with it.
so back then when he did chealsea revies. he said "lined up in their typical 3 4 3 formation." so have they changed their formation now?

@@tolucamexico1412 the back-3 is our usual formation and that is the common denominator. When you see 3 CMs (RLC, Kante, Kova) it is a 3-5-2. Yes, maybe Kante and Kova were allowed to go forward but they are still non-attacking CMs stat-wise. They are not AMs (attacking mids). When you see an AM (CHO, Puli, Ziyech, Kai, Mount) out there it's a 3-4-3 and their variants (3-4-1-2 and 3-4-2-1). Timo is recognized as a left AM or 2nd striker and MM19 dropping deep does help the midfield. Differentiate between CM and AM and you'll see what type of back-3 formation we are using. That was a 3-5-2 yesterday.

Christensen is the best defender in the world, no one even come close to this guy ..
I think Rudiger has been our best CB. Christensen, Rudiger, Silva and Azpi are all worldclass defenders.
That's a stretch but the way he's growing is exciting, especially considering he's only 25 years old! CBs don't reach their true prime until their late 20s so he can only get better and "world class" is definitely within his reach.
