Glad you enjoyed it, I'm planning to make more throughout the year (summer is pretty consistent with the short night but the fall/winter will get one each month as much more is happening).
Very informative! I managed to get the Lagoon, trifid and RHO Ophiuchi before it got too hot for me in Arizona. Now I gotta wait until the temps go back down before I start imaging again. Clear Skies...
Glad to hear you are capturing some photons, I’ve had rain/clouds most of the summer in the evening but then it’s clear at 2am… grumble… hoping it’s gets better and I can get some of the Ophiuchi region before it drops below the horizon this year. Clear Skies
Its the default condition if you don't select any object in the sky (aka you click on the earth itself). Then when you push time forward the sky moves but the earth stays stable.
What is your favorite deep sky object to image over the summer and did I miss it?
Mad respect for making this video, it’s really helpful

Clear sky buddy!
Thanks Ioan, I hope you get some clear skies so you can finish that Maksutov Review!

Very helpful video; thanks!
Clear Skies!
Hey thanks for taking the time to make this video. How did you get the earth to stay stationary in Stellarium so only the sky moves?

@@EmberSkyMedia I'm not sure why but I cant get it to work. It's driving me nuts!
Southern US humidity right now. 🤦🏼🌨️⛈️🌧️☁️
I’m lucking out this time, two clear nights here around new moon & the eclipse, can’t believe my luck! (Then it’s likely 2 weeks of clouds).
