PGA Verano is a new construction community located in Port St Lucie just north of Tradition. It is 30 minutes from Stuart, and the Hutcheson Island beaches. You don't have to be a golfer to live at PGA Verano. It is just like any other neighborhood but has access and discounts related to the Pete Dye championship course.
Homes start on the high 300 thousand range and top out around 800 thousand.
The HOA and CDD of around 500 and 100 dollars are reasonable for what you get in a resort style pool, fitness center, cafe, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, a full time lifestyle director, lawn and garden care, and manned gate.
