Devo's FoC Rhino Hi-Fi and Yes Album 45RPM Reviewed

I finally got the Devo Freedom Of Choice Rhino Hi-Fi and The Yes Album 45RPM Atlantic 75th Anniversary LPs and here's what I think of them.

Definitely my favorite Yes album (this year) - I always noticed that foot stomp on my original copy on The Clap, but that tape hiss was always distracting on the songs you mention.

One thing I forgot to add. I do think the price is too much, surely all re-issues shuld be "high quality" and sold for approx $25

Even though you asked us not to, I ordered the Rhino High Fidelity pressing of Freedom Of Choice. I have to have a complete Devo cataloge. I would like to mention that, for me, the best sounding copy of Freedom Of Choice is found in The Ultra DEVO-LUX LTD Edition box set from 2009. Also the stand alone 2009 remaster of Freedom Of Choice does sound good too. The original issue CD sounds very flat and one dimentional.

I'd actually love for them to put out a Hi-Fi 45 RPM version of The New Traditionalists.

I believe they press 1000 copies off of 1 stamper. So possibly five stampers were used.
