So, 2 Advil and 2 beers is not a good recovery method?
Thanks for sharing, Ben, your post-recovery and your grip process. People who follow you appreciate your openness. Great seeing Noe, the Pickleball Doctor, in action. Noe worked for Pickleball Magazine and was very cool in responding to a medical question I posed to him.
Hip and Joint mobility (2:38) range of motion (smile Ben) that stretch is very relaxing. How about providing information on managing Plantar Fasciitis. This seems to give most if not all Pickle Players the most concern and limiting court play due to heel pain.
Noe does a great job!
love the outtakes 😂
That looks marvelous 😅
Great vid, thanks for sharing! You brought up the sandwich topic here, and in that last vid you showed us how to make the gourmet Ben Sandwich, it literally made me so hungry, I had to run out and get a Roast beef samy, I can't remember what the rest of your vid talk about tho. (just kidding). Thanks for your help and tips, they are very useful. Keep hammering💪-McCoy
I’ve always wanted to recover like Ben Johns
Yo I found ice spice in the background at 4:38😂
Hey Ben! Ever have an Achilles tendinosis? If so how'd you treat it? Mine started a few weeks ago when I was playing singles. Sigh.
Nice to know there's nothing here us normal folks without personal trainers can do on our own😢
The perks of being a pro 😘
Wow...not true at all... anyone can stretch on their own, but most people are uneducated in regards to proper techniques 😟🤔
@@kayakair1 yeah you can stretch by yourself but the video shows the opposite
Totally missed my point!!
Sick, so how does someone that doesn’t have a personal therapist do this at home?
Silly Putty - for some reason this makes me think of Collin's reaction (on the rare occasion) when he misses a shot. 🙂
“ and finally, I like to watch all the videos of Tyson McGuffin losing”
Very funny
Mispronounciation of two different muscles...anyone else catch that?
Ironically you misspelled mispronunciation. And from that spelling, you are likely also mispronouncing the word mispronunciation.
