  • This short but comprehensive stretching routine is a great way to reduce soreness and stiffness many of us feel after playing. Doing each stretch for 45 seconds each side shortly after playing will be a great investment of your time!

    Great Stretches. Would really help to walk through both sides during the video. I find myself having to rewind for the other side. Thanks!

    I really don't want to pause it every time you show a new stretch. It would be nice if you showed how long to do the stretches and did them so I could go along with you.
