Pickleball Active Warm-Up

An active warm-up is the best way to reduce your risk of injury while also improving your performance when playing pickleball. It takes 5-10 minutes and should have you feeling slightly winded and warmed up by the end of it. These specific activities mimic movements commonly performed in pickleball and are an excellent way to improve muscle, joint and whole body function in preparation to play!

    I really don't want to pause it every time you show a new stretch. It would be nice if you showed how long to do the stretches and did them so I could go along with you.

    Hey I have a suggestion if you don't mind. Because you have filmed your video in vertical format and under 60 seconds you should add #shorts to the end of this video. CZcams will add this video to their shorts section which will bring more views and more subscribers. Good luck!! I just noticed you're already using #shorts. My mistake.
