It's funny that what goes around also comes around. In what universe is a customer like that better than a pile of 💩 my mum said if you can't say something nice you better try harder.. Ohhh, my, thats a very different situation.........i had something similar happen to me years ago, and it was about a lawnmower engine part, i went somewhere else and got the right part, never went back to the first store.
