As someone who just started researching kettlebells and got one to try and work on adding some strength training to my workouts. These videos are incredibly helpful. The tips on form, grip and you pointing out things you "did wrong" so she can correct it is great.

Great break-down.
I've got a KB on order, so I'm learning as much as I can. Key point for me is at 3:05, when Hannah's making high swings (Viking punch) and punching through the bell as it floats, catching it gently on the back of her wrist; I think that's what you want when you go all the way up. Notice that Nsima doesn't punch all the way through for high swings and then he bangs his wrist at the top.

MOBILITY FIRST. Also it depends on the style as you DEFINITELY can have a straight arm when snatching, it is just a different more nuanced technique.

Classic kettlebell video problem: not keeping the instructor and/or the demonstrator in full frame. Tell the cameraman to back off a bit - should be able to see the feet on the ground all the way up to the hands holding the kettlebell at the top without camera movement. Overall, not a bad video, but if you want detailed instruction on the kettlebell snatch recommend checking out Steve Cotter and/or Mike Salemi.

I used to laugh at kettlebells but I have found them very useful for active recovery. I'm not trying to set PR's with them but a light kettlebell workout seems chase away the DOMs on my off days.
I still say you can do most of these moves or at least get the same benefits from a dumbbell though.
Do the most basic beginner kettlebell workout: 100 swings and 100 overhead presses, and you’ll understand a lot about what they actually are and what they do. You can also use them to do static bodybuilding style movements if you want to - that is the kinda thing that is like a dumbbell movement. Kettlebells are an incredible tool to train dynamic movements and muscular endurance and conditioning. If you’re using them anyway you might as well try to get something out of them beyond bicep curls and shit
