Beautiful, looks mint to me and really clean! Just what I would want in an RV, it's got everything. Agree with you on the tank and camp water! Thanks for letting us visit. ☺
Looks great. Total freedom to roam the lands. Wishing you peace and tranquility in your travels. Love your home. U seem the type that will always upgrade with some new gadget.
Awesome class B campervan you got! It seems to have all that's needed for solo camping/living! I've been looking into getting an older class B campervan, but with less creature comforts. But yours seems to fit you quite well, so thanks for giving us a detailed tour of you campervan!
You have the coolest shower setup I have ever scene in a class "B" Camper Van ! I boondock in my 1981 Ford Econolpne 250 Camper Van, but I don't have a shower or hot water (YET !) and I have no choice but to bathe in Public Recreational Centres and camp ground bathrooms (Which I hate doing). I love the pull out privacy doors and central floor with drain for taking your showers in van in total privacy ! In theory, this allows you to take a shower in any Wal-Mart Parking lot or truck stop. Very cool indeed
Sorry for the delayed response. THANKS ! I am really happy with this RV. I can understand you wanting a shower but to be honest it is very rare I use mine. Because I have pets I tend to use campgrounds and the showers there.I think you could make a shower and hot water work in an Econoline. all the best
Project Pete Thanks very much! I couldn't be happier with it. I looked at three Rialta's - I was really interested but each one had either a problem or layout I didn't want. I thin they Rialta is awesome - great mpg but sadly the price is usually very high because of the good points.
LOVE your class B brother. i think you did well to merge the pros of several type vehicles into one, a Class C and a Van. sort of a hybrid. very nice rig!
It's good to see you on you tube. Thanks for sharing. It really inspires the rest of us. Great rig. If it was me, I might put in brand new water lines and tank so I know it's not 16 yrs old. But it seems your jug works fine for you. Also, for the toilet I hear the natures head composting toilet is awesome. No chemicals or black water tank needed. But yes, public bathrooms work just great. Saw a video on here of a 72 yr old woman who built her own van, she relied on public shower and bathrooms and then didn't have it in her rig which she used the extra space for extra pull out bedroom drawers. But for me I'm thinking having the bathroom and shower is good in case I'm in middle of nowhere? Sooo many options. I like the shower space of yours as found in the roadtreck, but I think I like the normal walking floors in a pleasureway. Forgive me writing so much. I'm just excited about this stuff. Thanks for sharing.
thanks for the kind words. I have considered a composting toilet but honestly because I use it so little I don't think I will do it but I do agree have the option is required for me. If I was the type to spend the winter or months in the desert or boondocking I would probably do things different. I have friends that do and the concerns of water and dumping tanks is a real thing in those situations. No need to apologize.
I know that you have done a tour of your van but this was an in-depth tour. Thanks so much for this tour. We debated about a Class B but decided for our needs, a conversion van was better. Now, I kind of wish we had gone with the Class B. Going down the steps, I turn around and go down backwards. I have found that keeps me for knocking my head on the van. Been there and did that too many times and have the knots on my head to prove it!
Wow, very cool class b. I have a 1997 VW Eurovan Camper (Vw buses and vanagon models were called Westfalias, the Eurovan models are made by Winnebago so no longer called Westfalias) with the 2.8 V6 but it does not have the indoor shower or toilet, it does have fresh water and grey water tanks, the outdoor shower, stove, sink, refrigerator, propane tank, RV battery in the back, tables, swivel captain chairs, a bed on the bottom for two and room for two more when you pop up the top, and lots of storage. I bought a portable toilet at Walmart which I carry inside, when I use it I just put a thick plastic bag in the bowl and add cat litter and just dump it into a trashcan after use. I do use the outdoor shower to wash my hair and face, for the rest of my body I use wipies. Your model is definitely more complete and a better way to go in my opinion. The thing I like about mine is that it's more stealthy so I can park anywhere while I travel without any issues with the police. Your model definitely looks like an RV, mine looks more like a regular van. Mine gets 15 MPG in the city and 19-20 MPG in the Hwy. which I like. Thanks for sharing, maybe I will do a video to show mine in the near future.
Those Neodymium magnets are so useful. I probably have about 50 small ones in my RV. I use them mostly for stealth, attaching more "curtains" to really totally black out my RV in certain situations.
there is a reason why there is an extra wash-basin beside the toilette. after using the toilette, there is always bacteria on the hand, when washing the hand over the kitche-sink, the bacteria will be in the sink and then containate the food that is prepared. to avoid bacteria contaminating food, there is that extra washbasin and faucet beside the toilette.
Enjoy your videos and commentary. Like you said, you can sell that for what you paid. Class B's are ridiculously priced and hard to find. I settled on Jamboree 26Q. There just aren't many used Class b and c. Class b is great for parking! Come back to MI anytime, you are welkomen. - muskegon
It's 2003, it was less than mile from my haus and I bought it on my bicycle. I wanted something to take my octogenarian parents Up North in. It has 3 large beds.
Hi again. Us Ohioans have to stick together. Lol. Check this out. You know how it's hard and rare to find a class b like yours in Ohio? And sometimes you might have to drive all the way to Florida to find one? Check this out. There is RV dealer called Kuhn Truck and RV. They buy these from all over and actually have a bunch of these. They are right here in Sherwood Ohio I think? Google them and check them out. Look them up on you tube here also. I first found them here on you tube. I'm sooo excited that an Ohio dealer specializes in them. Freaking awesome.
yeah I see they have a pretty good selection. Their pricing was a bit high but I'd think there is wiggle room on most. I drove 600 miles to Springfield Missouri when I finally found mine. I did over a year of searching and saw more Class B's than I can remember. lol The Pleasure Ways and Leisure Travels are very similar -- they are like cousins. I couldn't be happier with mine and all I ever suggest is see as many in person as you can to find the aspects that you like and dislike until you find which RV is right for you. It isn't easy to tamp down the excitement and jumping in but from so many people I have met the RIGHT for you RV makes the most difference. Happy searching lol
+Dan Sarka yes! for some wird reason it had actually been something I wanted to see. I think I saw something about it on tv and the whole largest wooden dome.. lol cool place!
they actually use a cargo van with the windows blocked out not these nice ones. Although I will say when I got my criminal justice degree I learned most kidnappings are from people the family knew not strangers, that is a very small percentage.
The only people I see driving them are nice people senior couples. Your Thinking of shagging wagons not class b RVs. Libtards drive the predator vans. This was back in the days before the diaper sniffers and man hating generation.
Xplorer Steve good call - should have mentioned that... i OFTEN use the air ride bags for some leveling assistance. I have one lever to push and from what I can see it is a single system for both sides
My Xplorer has two, one for each side. The Firestone Air Ride manual says its to even out left to right when under load but i guess it could be used for leveling also.
wow your gopro sounds good! do you have an external mic or what? and if you do can you please tell me which one you have? i think that my gopro usually sound echo'y and also everytime you move it you can hear clumping
This was recorded with my old GoPro Hero - no external mic. I have since upgraded to the GoPro Hero 7 Silver.. which is better but adly that one won't support an external mic either. :(
Nice video. Very comprehensive and to the point. I was thinking of buying a class b which would be my first time getting involved with any type of camper. Do the waste tanks smell very much? I noticed you mentioned them but you kind of skimmed over that subject. Are they difficult to empty?
I hoped it could be helpful. As for the tanks, there are times you can smell them. there are chemicals you can add to cut the smell but being realistic it can at times. I've never thought it to be terrible but I also don't use mine very much. lol Times I do use it I do the things that really do minimize the smell. It's pretty simple and straightforward to empty any black and gray tanks on an RV. I hope that helps
Pidasian Hippie I actually keep two in there - hoping to get down to one soon. one goes on floor in front of drivers seat and the other on floor by microwave. When I do the dealing with pets stuff I will show it.
Hi there! Nice tour, thank you!!! Mine is a 2000 Pleasure Way, bought it 2 years ago, I LOVE it! I named it Vincent Go Van :)... I paint landscapes and since first seeing Class Bs in 1993, I have wanted one to travel across Canada to paint my country! At last I will do it this spring/summer/fall, OR, I will "do" the Yukon. In fact, the Yukon is more appealing to me this year, for some reason!!! Either way, I am already getting ready. Having Vincent checked over by my mechanic friend Bob, I am also getting my propane set up checked, and getting all of the necessities, solar radio, gun perhaps, etc... I will do videos on everything I get done. Thank you for the great tour! Please check out own my tour when it is up, I would appreciate it. Take good care!
+sixchiensblancs That is funny. I named the one eared cat I rescued Vinny - but really Vincent Van Gogh. lol Pleasure ways and Leisure travels are VERY similar. I have always loved my trips to Canada and hope to go to many of the places you mention. I will check out your channel. I am on a long trip now so I don't get to watch as many videos as I want but I will sub and check out your channel. all the best and happy safe travles
So you run your AC from the generator, can you run your AC to regular electric hookup at campgrounds? How long does your generator run on a full tank of gas?
+Anybody But Hillary 2016 yeah you can always run on "shore" power. I did a video on genny use - I figured mine out and I get about 4 1/2 hours per gallon
very, very nice. i prob would use the outside shower rather than mess up the inside of the rv, unless its 30 degs outside or something like that. very nice. i want one now!!!!!
Hi good day thank you for the info i thought you would of not gotten it seeing its like 8 years since they really are very nice class b small quick easy to move around i am considering buying a used one once again thanks for the reply enjoy
I feel a used van is the best way to go with the crazy prices for new now. If you are fortunate to find one in good shape I think you will be very happy. all the best
What were those things on your heater vent? The ones outside the RV? My heater vent outlets on my leisure travel do not look like that? I have a 1997 model.
I still have it and couldn't be much happier with it at all. The only real problem I've ever had was a transmission problem. I had it go and had it rebuilt abut 5 years ago. I've put thousands and thousands of miles on it since. Including several really long trips, one to the west coast through the Rockies and back and haven't had a problem since. With the price of new Class B's easily being 150 to 200 K I'd say yeha older ones are still worth seriously considering. I would never pay new prices and I honestly prefer the set up and storage of mine more than new ones. You just have to be mentally prepared for possible problems and not everything in an older one not being factory new, normal wear and tear of an older van is not an issue in my opinion. You can still spend what seems like a lot on an older one because the new ones are insane!! Hope that helps.
+David DeRoche sorry I missed your comment. umm not sure I understand the question but I will say the main shower door opens and then extends and is kept in place buy the cooktop. The other door (wardrobe) opens and extends and is also held in place. hopefully I made a little sense there.
Wish I could say the same. LOL I have about 135K on mine and just got it back from a visit to the doctor. Still runs great just needed a pricey fix but preparing to take to the road in just a few days. All the best!
Is the furnace very efficient since it's being hid under the bed? does the underside of the bed get super hot to the touch? I'd be a little bit nervous about the heat under there
dsanford12 It does well under there, the blower moves the heated air just fine. It doesn't get hot to the touch - warm yes but not hot. Pretty much every single Class B will have the furnace located in basically the same spot. No risk of fire from that location.
Enjoyed the tour. I was impressed with your lack of mechanical issues during the trip to Florida. It seems a lot of RVers are always having problems. Have you ever had any major problems to contend with? Just curious.
Brian Culver honestly nothing to brag about. lol the master cylinder going out was the biggest deal. and that is nothing major at all. a couple other little odd things but easily fixed
that's an awesome camper van I just bought a 1986 Chevy camper van with a 305 engine I'm totally remodeling the inside and burping the fridge see if I can revive the fridge I stoled it for 2400 dollars he was selling it for 3500 I've been remodeling RVs since I was a teenager
What was the small black thing that "poof" disappeared through the magic of cinema - when you were showing the storage under the kitchen sink. Gotta be quick to fool an editor. Great series of videos, cudos! Mucho appreciado - sincerely... Thanks!
On highway drives I can usually get 15 mpg - when I keep to the "sweet spot" in rpms. :-) I track my mileage pretty closely as example one trip was Ohio to Key West Fl (vast majority at highway speeds) and I got 15.3 mpg over the entire distance of 1450 miles.
Thanks very much!! I know that I am biased but I think this is my favorite Class B I've ever seen and lucky it is mine. lol I wouldn't really change anything with the layout. Yes - it is a normal RV toilet.
Appreciate tour, info of knowledge on Leisure versas Sprinter,Mercedes late models ridiculous cost . New' solo' sub here . I need cat travel vid me have 1 Q Do all. B class have duals? Opinion of Pleasure -Way Luxor TD 2013. Enjoyed much your tour ,video
Beautiful, looks mint to me and really clean! Just what I would want in an RV, it's got everything. Agree with you on the tank and camp water! Thanks for letting us visit. ☺
Thanks! It is in pretty good shape for it's age and to me it shows if a person takes care of things they can last. :)
Your RV really has a lot of storage and a very efficient use of the space. Thanks for an interesting and informative video that was fun to watch!
OneTrueWord1988 thanks very glad you liked it
Looks great. Total freedom to roam the lands. Wishing you peace and tranquility in your travels. Love your home. U seem the type that will always upgrade with some new gadget.
Thanks VERY much. I am aware enough to appreciate things. :) Yes.. I have the gadget addiction. lol
I enjoyed the video. Nice rig you have there. Safe travels. Peace.
Very impressed with how spacious the van is. Thanks for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed! These older models with the "Widebody" are actually wider than the newer sprinter chassis ones.
Awesome class B campervan you got! It seems to have all that's needed for solo camping/living! I've been looking into getting an older class B campervan, but with less creature comforts. But yours seems to fit you quite well, so thanks for giving us a detailed tour of you campervan!
Yeah - I a m very happy with it. You hit on the MOST important thing - find what is right for you and you are off to a good start.
And that was one of the best walk-throughs I have seen. Didnt realize how much storage space u have!
that was a BIG factor for my decision
Thanks for the tour of you RV. It looks like its well equipped and nicely laid out.
Darwin Hall thanks - it really does work great for me

I have never seen one like this! Awesome! Thank you for showing it off. It kinda reminds me of a Rialta with the convertible bathroom. So cool.
Project Pete Thanks very much! I couldn't be happier with it. I looked at three Rialta's - I was really interested but each one had either a problem or layout I didn't want. I thin they Rialta is awesome - great mpg but sadly the price is usually very high because of the good points.
Great video, man! Very practical advice and realistic view of RV living. Helpful
+Ronald Scott glad you liked it..
Your rig looks surprisingly comfortable for its size. Thank you for showing us all around. 😎
thanks and glad you liked it
LOVE your class B brother. i think you did well to merge the pros of several type vehicles into one, a Class C and a Van. sort of a hybrid. very nice rig!
N5XTC DX thanks I am a big fan of the layout of this leisure travel model
Thank you for posting this tour. We found it very helpful.
so glad it was of some help. :)
Very nice. I like the shower setup. I really like that you take your cats. I take mine everywhere.
Such a beautiful van and so many extras. You luck out on finding this one.
I couldn't be happier and yes I found the right one -- for me. :-)

Janice Adams Glad you liked it. your van has lots of advantages too! yeah I think I have FINALLY learned to always duck. lol
Thanks for the review mate - nice RV!
thanks!
Wow, very cool class b. I am a fan of the VW vanagons and westies!! If I ever decided to get a different RV they would FOR SURE be towards the top of my list!! :)
Those Neodymium magnets are so useful. I probably have about 50 small ones in my RV. I use them mostly for stealth, attaching more "curtains" to really totally black out my RV in certain situations.
that is a great use of them
Now that's the way to do a walk through. Thanks Dano
Jerry Densmore thanks!
Thank you, great tour.
glad you enjoyed - hope it was helpful
Really nice thank you, sure wish I had that much space. Thanks for sharing.
glad you liked it. :)
there is a reason why there is an extra wash-basin beside the toilette. after using the toilette, there is always bacteria on the hand, when washing the hand over the kitche-sink, the bacteria will be in the sink and then containate the food that is prepared. to avoid bacteria contaminating food, there is that extra washbasin and faucet beside the toilette.
That's slways been a pet-peeve of mine...no bthrm sink. Love the fold-fown one.☺
Big thumb up for keepin the camera still and then talk and point at "stuff". Some tour-videos you get sea-sick when you watch haha :)
Nicklas löf Yeah it is way easier when it is my own RV and not people coming and going while trying to video. lol
- muskegon

loving your t.v. tour, great rv....
thanks - glad you enjoyed and hope it was helpful. all the best
i really enjoy your rv/van
Thanks!
Excellent vid!
Buck Buckley thanks!
Cool I like all the extra storage on the out side nice!
Yeah compared to other CLass B's I've seen this Leisure Travel has amazing storage! :-)
I just bought one of these. 2001. So excited to get traveling in it.
CONGRATS !!!! I hope you will be as happy with yours as I have been with mine. Happy fun travels :)
good to see you again Dano! the light inside the lower cabinet, was a add on by you? i could sure use one of those.
1tiliman It came that way. it is activated when the door opens and closes
Nice vid ... I noticed that the thumbnail for part 2 shows the Superior Dome in the background, awesome !!
+Dan Sarka yes! for some wird reason it had actually been something I wanted to see. I think I saw something about it on tv and the whole largest wooden dome.. lol cool place!
Glad you enjoyed my hometown !! :-)
+Dan Sarka BIG FAN!!! I hope to get back up there soon. :)
:-D
they did have the B class at the show. they were in the serial killers / kidnappers / predators section.
+Casper C lol

Nice. Reference the air suspension. Do you ever use it to level out? Are the two sides independent of one another, left to right?
Xplorer Steve good call - should have mentioned that... i OFTEN use the air ride bags for some leveling assistance. I have one lever to push and from what I can see it is a single system for both sides

glad you enjoyed. all the best
very nice that doors closing to separate the washroom area.,,cool. never seen that. will be nice for privacy from pets also.
I like that very much about the RV and there have been times where the pets needed separated lol
You need to sanitize the faucets of the sink after using it as the bathroom sink as u could introduce e-coli into a food prep area.
i am very clean - it's all good. :)
UR correct. There should B a separate, if smalll one or an insert so U don"t spit in the kitchen sink when U brush your teeth.
I was shocked when you showed up in the video. It was good to be able to see every nook and cranny. One question, where do you put the liter box?
Pidasian Hippie I actually keep two in there - hoping to get down to one soon. one goes on floor in front of drivers seat and the other on floor by microwave. When I do the dealing with pets stuff I will show it.
Thanks. Sorry, I forgot you were going to make a pets video and should have realized you would address that then.
Pidasian Hippie no problem at all! :)
Best travel van ever! I'm jealous
:-) There are still some of these to be found!
*That's the first time I've seen the 'sliders' for the shower!* *Way cool!* *The others I've seen have a curtain only*
Pretty sure all the Leisure Travels come with those - it does make it so much easier to fasten the curtain on.
Excellent tour of your class B
jaketdavis92 Thanks!
Great little tour of Cousin Eddy Dano, you really do have a little gem there. It seems you thus far have had very few issues him.
JustPeg thanks. yes so far so great. I really got lucky!! I swear it was owned by a old couple before me. lol
Nice tour of your van. :)
Marvin Edmiston thanks!

really glad you enjoyed :-)
Hi sure would love to know the tanks capacity for water grey and black thats a sweet one man setup or a couple
Fresh water 24 gallons / gray water 19 gallons / black tank 11 gallons
Hi good day thank you for the info i thought you would of not gotten it seeing its like 8 years since they really are very nice class b small quick easy to move around i am considering buying a used one once again thanks for the reply enjoy

Was wondering watching you stand in the kitchen, what the ceiling height is in that area?
+Anybody But Hillary 2016 sorry missed this. 6'3" ceiling.
OMG! freaking awesome.... I like mines, but I want her.
lol thanks - I think we all do that with others RVs. :)
Nice tour of your rig... now that's the size rv I could drive... anything bigger I'd be a hazard on the road...lol...
Pluto Believer with practice I am sure you would do fine
When you show have the fantastic fan blow into the shower and it keeps the shower curtain away from you. Works great. Nice video. Thanks 4 sharing :-)
+RVing LiveThe Dream Thanks!! all the best - thanks for watching/commenting
What were those things on your heater vent? The ones outside the RV? My heater vent outlets on my leisure travel do not look like that? I have a 1997 model.
+Eagle171171 those are bug screens. they have like a spring clip that holds them in place.
+Wander Dano where do you get them at?
Nice rig!
Thanks!
what type of show was that without a class b ? lol I'm in love with type b vans
excellent tour buddy ;)
***** thanks!!
Does that have a regular CRAPPER Black Tank for your crapper, or is that a portable crapper?
+Anybody But Hillary 2016 normal rv toliet
Hello, do you still have this van?.. if so have you had any major issues?..would you say buying a 20 year old van is worth it?
@@WanderDano Thank you so much for the speedy & detailed reply.. very helpful.. your van looks great. Thank you for sharing your experience 🙏👍
Is there a top part to hide the upper part of the other side of the shower area? I didn't see you pull that part out, or does it stay open?
+David DeRoche sorry I missed your comment. umm not sure I understand the question but I will say the main shower door opens and then extends and is kept in place buy the cooktop. The other door (wardrobe) opens and extends and is also held in place. hopefully I made a little sense there.
David DeRoche the top part nearest the front is open, leaving the upper body exposed.
I have the exact same class b one year newer . I love her to death . 58 k runs new !
So when you use that shower, is there hot water?
+Anybody But Hillary 2016 yeah - a Class B has everything larger RVs have
I love that van. What size bed did you put in there
It is like a short queen
rest room looks like the space shuttle in there white and really really used!
lol but funny thing is a rarely use it... it's always my last option. :)
dont blame you. rip that thing out and get a cassette toilet. much more sanitary and out of the way.
lol
I totally agree about the bathroom sink..... Especially in a van or a short class c.... Waste of space.
not all agree but I've always felt that way :)
Really nice rig you have there!
Gypsy Free thanks very much
We all say, " One day! )
I forgot to mention mine has a furnace as well. Happy Travels!
sweet!! all the best
very nice
thanks
Enjoyed the tour. I was impressed with your lack of mechanical issues during the trip to Florida. It seems a lot of RVers are always having problems. Have you ever had any major problems to contend with? Just curious.
Brian Culver honestly nothing to brag about. lol the master cylinder going out was the biggest deal. and that is nothing major at all. a couple other little odd things but easily fixed
That thing is beautiful
thanks very much - there are still some good older ones out there to be found. :)
love your classb
thanks
that's an awesome camper van I just bought a 1986 Chevy camper van with a 305 engine I'm totally remodeling the inside and burping the fridge see if I can revive the fridge I stoled it for 2400 dollars he was selling it for 3500 I've been remodeling RVs since I was a teenager
Thanks very much!! and YES you got a great deal. happy remodling and customizing - all the best
puede traducir español y desir si es para venta y desir precio.
My spanish is not very good. I think you are asking if it is for sale and price - no it isn't for sale.
Wow o totally missed what it is.... can anyone help? I’m trying to find reliable without giving up my organs
brand wise??? not sure what you mean but it is a 1999 Leisure Travel Widebody
What was the small black thing that "poof" disappeared through the magic of cinema - when you were showing the storage under the kitchen sink. Gotta be quick to fool an editor.
Great series of videos, cudos! Mucho appreciado - sincerely... Thanks!
I think I moved a frying pan.. lol glad you enjoy the videos
If Ya Ever Sell Cuz Edster before Ya Croak, let me Know Because that is One Sweet Luxury Rig!
lol I never plan to sell and so many have asked to be on that list. lol
I will have to email u the pic of the bathroom in the same type Class B they had in Boston. Shower was HUGE
sounds cool
Nice!
How many MPG ?
On highway drives I can usually get 15 mpg - when I keep to the "sweet spot" in rpms. :-) I track my mileage pretty closely as example one trip was Ohio to Key West Fl (vast majority at highway speeds) and I got 15.3 mpg over the entire distance of 1450 miles.
Where do u keep the cats’ litter box?
one behind drivers seat and one in front floor
Ty
I love your van! I want that exact model!! Is the toilet flushable?
Thanks very much. There are some out there to be found. It is a standard RV toilet with black tank.
Thanks very much!! I know that I am biased but I think this is my favorite Class B I've ever seen and lucky it is mine. lol I wouldn't really change anything with the layout. Yes - it is a normal RV toilet.
Do you need a special license to drive a class b rv?

Does the Onan generator run on gas or propane?
David DeRoche BTW YANKEES SUCK!
David DeRoche Runs off gas as most rv generators do
Wander Dano nahhh... must be a red sux fan lol
It Red Sox and yes I am a fan of the 2013 Champs and the 2007 and 2004 CHAMPS!!
David DeRoche Each year when they are eliminated becomes a GOOD year in baseball. lol Bucky Dent - Aaron Boone....
That's a lot of room for that size van.
