Hi mam please reply back . My skin is oily and my dermatologist has prescribed me Acne Uv gel spf 50 sunscreen. He has told me to apply it only once in morning. Does applying one time of this sunscreen is good enough or I should apply it more than once.
The choice of Sunscreen for oily skin is fine but it has to be reapplied every 4 hrs till 6 pm . For people who have lot of laptop and mobile work at night or for people who spent long hours in kitchen , we advise them Sunblock in the night also. Both devices and heat expose our skin to HEV / blue light & Infra Red that is known to increase pigmentation in studies.
