    1. The abrupt ending of the video is heart breaking, can there be a slide for what will be coming next which will also provide the cliff hanger or logical break to the video
    2. The format and medium chosen by you is fantastic and works for us audiences perfectly
    3. If you can carve out small tasks which are menial and can be done by us viewers and willing volunteers which can offload some of your routine tasks, I will be happy to pich in and help completing some tasks or chores for you so you get more time for video presentation from your busy schedule

    I think I have read multiple wiki pages on yuga calculation/timeline in Vedas/Brahma lifetime calculation where I have read that it's mentioned in bhagvat purana that 1.2k 2.4k 3.6k 4.8k years of yuga are devas years and its gets mitiplied by 360 to get human years. I remember it says 30 human days are 1 day of pitara, 1 year of pitara is 30 human years, 1 month of devas is 1 year of pitras, 1 year of devas 12 years of pitras so 12x30= 360 human years is 1 year of devas. And so on....

    The Bhagavad Gita as such does not give any specific time period for a yuga. It simply states - "The people who know the day of Brahma which ends in a thousand yugas and the night which ends in a thousand yugas, they know day and night." On what basis was the 4,320,000 years assumed, God only knows. The great religious people in our midst are so obsessed with the antiquity of our heritage,of which there is no doubt, r willing to claim anything without any proof. Nothing in our heritage is actually there without proof, but if you dont have the proof, its better not to carry on with it, till you get the proof, like Nilesh has done. Right now, its better to believe the clear dates that Nilesh has provided with ample proof for both Ramayana and Mahabharatha.

    Dear Nilesh Ji
    I would recommend you to clear your doubts on solar time and doped of light. In this video, you have smartly denied that the speed of light is variable. What you have written is the speed of light in vacuum. Tell me a second of your life when you haven't travelled through the time, considering your planet is spinning and moving on an orbit and solar system does the same.
    I hope you like to be corrected if wrong. I like that about you.

    • @thecompunity5194
      @thecompunity5194 Před 3 lety +2

      The light year he used is the light travelling in space which is a vaccum so the light year is unit used by astronomical calculation for distances in space, like planets, length of galaxies and so on... Light year is actually how long it takes light to travel to some place in space which in turn is a vaccum .. hope this answers your question

    • @aaryabhatt5439
      @aaryabhatt5439 Před 3 lety

      @@thecompunity5194 Yes. I have studied physics. However, if you through 2 light rays in the space, the bigger n smaller, both will take same time in covering the same distance. So
      1- light can't not be faster than dark matter.
      2- light can not be faster than its source in space.
      3- One light year will be calculated as a distance covered by the reference point of time with in a year time.

      @@thecompunity5194 you didn't get this point.
      Let me give you a brief. Speed of light is used to map the distance.
      1- there is no use of speed of light for any astronomical data, space positioning and positions of stars.
      2- there is no use of solar time in this presentation.
      3- there is no use of this slide also. You may replay, remove that slide, nothing will change.
      Yes. Time calculations are important for which you need to understand both. That I have already shared with Nilesh.

  • @adityarao8570
    @adityarao8570 Před 7 měsíci

    Thankyou for the elaborate explaination, but the answer is still not clear. I understand the problem, but i dont understand the solution. My understanding- Yuga cannot be measured using the unit of time in years which is in a linear form. Okay, then what is that "unit" of measurement being used for 1 yuga?

    • @NileshOak
      @NileshOak  Před 7 měsíci +2

      Namaskar
      The unit of measurement for Yuga depends on what kind of yuga we are discussing
      1. Theoretical Yuga
      If one is studying geology evolution, geologic periods are to be treated as yuga (e.g. Cambrian).
      If one is looking at the evolution of life, one may use another and appropriate scale.
      2. Psychological yugas would require intensity of emotion/Bhava to describe the Ygua. This may not have anything to do with time.
      3. Physiological Yuga may have elements of evolutionary Yuga but with specific considerations to development of ability - health, speech, disease, science and technology. These yUga would not be of specific periods.
      4. For chronology Yuga such as Itihasa (Ramayana, Mahabharata, etc.) Solar calendar + precession/obliquity/based time intervals such as Orion period, Brahmarashi period etc might be used. Again, these may or may not be yugas of fixed durations.
      Hope this helps.
