So this was 3 months ago... still no initiated communication. Really trying to be patient and understanding; but when we are nothing but consistently outright lied to...not really sure how we are supposed to have confidence in this company.

Well...something has drastically gone wrong with shipping to the European Market.
I paid and pre-ordered a Vector 2.0 in Nov 2020, as of January 2023 it hadn't arrived. I asked for a refund was stalled.
Managed to get my refund; after a struggle. I'm in the UK.
I'm posting this to let you know how I feel today..
I, like many;supported you in the Vector and Cozmo 2.0 venture, we all were excited, watched your uploads on the, so called progression. We all feel duped and used. You have broken promises over and over again, what an abysmal way to run a company.
By pre-ordering You are guaranteed revenue and funds, it creates excitement for your new product, however you have messed up the release windows and you have botched up a campaign that is hurting your business.
I am going out of my way to deter future purchases of Vector and Cozmo 2.0s over here in the UK. I don't want anyone else to be sucked down your rabbit hole.
The Vector 2.0s that have arrived to customers...only in the US, are reporting major defects and error codes. One of which is the overheating issue, I want to add, I was told you have the CE certificate for UK distribution and orders are in a UK warehouse...I find that hard to believe, a CE certificate guarantee' s a safe and compliant product. I'm eagerly awaiting customers to begin posting on Facebook that their robots have arrived and what issues they will experience.
Serious lack of communication.
The statement that "Those waiting the longest are being prioritized" is patently untrue. Those who ordered most recently are receiving their Vectors, and those who ordered at the beginning have not received anything.
Every time I have tried to contact DDL I have been blown off - no one will give me a straight answer.
@@mclyman-onkka3579 They are also now trying to crash KeYi Tech's Loona robot campaign. It's screwing over us backers on the last day of said campaign. Please support us in boycotting DDL and voicing support for KeYI Tech.
I recently acquired my long awaited Vector 2.0 and I am thrilled to explore the amazing features and abilities of this robot. I am eagerly anticipating the integration of CHATGPT into its functions.😊

You are lucky you got your vector I have been crying because I know ddl scammed me.
I ordered my Vector in November of 2020, almost two years ago, and have still not received it. I clicked the "For more information, Contact Us" link on my order, but brings you to a page that says it is "temporarily down." I have emailed support 6 times over a period of 3 months asking to cancel my order and have my money refunded, as well as have called and left multiple messages. In his update emails, the Digital Dream Labs President says that you may contact them to cancel your order and be refunded at any time, but I have still not received any response after months of trying. I will be contacting my Attorney General's Consumer Protection Office.

Finally got to watch this and get caught up. Any word on where we stand now with Cozmo since this was recorded? If I was a preorder from Dec 2020 can I expect something in the email....any day now?
Someone in your company told me on Instagram that Cozmo will finally ship in the third quarter. If it’s still in production i don’t see how that is possible. Would love an accurate email update every month with where production stands and if there’s an estimated shipping date. Thank you.
You wont get it. Been in this state for years. "Almost ready" for ever. As soon as you ask questions, they run in circles with answers and ghost you when you ask for a refund. Thats how the scam works. Luckily I got my money back through customer protection with my payment institute.

Is there a way to upgrade or update Cozmo special edition, the black Metal version, or any 1.0 Cozmo to the 2.0?

If it's just a question of software for Cozmo, why can't you guys just ship the units and we can have them and wait for the app to be updated? And then once its updated we can go straight away.

Can someone explain to me how Cozmo 2.0. can be delivered later this Quarter?? We are in Q3 now and it ends in 2 weeks. From November starts Q4. So how it can be possibly delivered in 2 weeks??
It won't. Their plan is to steal KeYi Tech's Loona robot, which I backed on Kickstarter. DDL made false claims today that got the Loona campaign suspended.
ddl's building is up for lease and i want to get a vector but i have problems with the membership and i dont know where to sign up for it. i will gladly purchase one if ddl doesnt shut down
Hey @DigitalDreamLabs can you please address all this negativity and give us another update about Butter Robot? It’s coming to over 6 months without a webinar explaining where we’re at in the process. I believe you can deliver! Please don’t let us down.
My family just started watching the Cozmo cartoon and I purchased the Cozmo bot for us. First thing we all asked is who’s Cavu? I immediately tried to find one. Glad to see Cavu will hopefully be released one day.
Yeah so ddl still hasn’t shipped that many vector 2.0’s. Cozmo 2.0 was due to ship may of 2021, they never shipped it. Then maybe it’ll be ready summer of this year but most of the employees quit or left and there’s nobody really there to do the work. Look into getting your money back if you can’t find any videos of people using cozmo 2.0. They’ve had over 2 years and nothing

With all the advertising that Digital Dream Labs are doing in America. How about a thought for all the UK people, who've paid their money, and have been waiting over two years, but are still ignored and fobbed off. No-one in the UK has received any pre-orders, we are thanked for our loyalty, but what about their loyalty to us. I have ordered goods, Vector 2.0 and Cozmo 2.0 which were paid for in November 2020.

@@ajamal9847 the question you want to ask, why did 3 loans fault in 2022? One ddl is paying back $89,000 at $3,000 per day. Another wants it’s $1.4 million back. And a third, cloudfund wants the $180,000 or so remainder of a $290,000 loan back

Butter Robot Q4 2022 - Q1 2023. lol, that's a six month window. Pretty impressive considering when we ordered in December of 2020 they were going to start shipping in May 2021, and then for the last 18 months they've updated us on the development progress... I'm guessing Q4 2023 was more accurate than they intended.
More like Q4 of 2024, that is how it feels like! I Ordered mine Nov 16 of 2020 and still waiting , bout to make another year in 15 days

Edit 11/10/22: Just found out about DDL slaming KEYi Tech. I'm BEYOND mad! You know, I truly thought that DDL was going to make a change. I truly thought that they were gonna fix they're ways.
I guess I was wrong. And now, I'm ashamed. 😔
Now if only they would stop saying KeYi Tech's Loona robot is theirs. They are interfering with 9,000 backers on Kickstarter getting their Loona, 2 days before the campaign ends.

Please deliver on the core of your products, you know like the ones that are already well establish such as Vector, Cozmo, and Overdrive. I know of none that are asking for DragonFly or Butterbot and I really hope they aren't taking up resources that could be used to better the core products AND expedite their delivery to us ALREADY paying customers.
There’s lots of preorder customers for the butter robot and they’ve been stringing us along for a almost 2 years now.
