Excellent review mate. Looking at the Ranger by RST myself...stumbled on to your VERY informational review. How one could still question sizing after watching is beyond me. I see that you have since sold the suit and reasons why. I am down to 3 kits. Alpinestars Bogota, REV ii Sand 4 H2O and the RST Ranger. All great but the RST like you said comes complete with CE-2 back, shoulder, elbow knee and hip. Awesome array of protection and caliber of protection plus a myriad of venting/features. Kudo's to your offspring for an excellent job of filiming !!
To be honest, I can't remember for sure. I want to say that there is some adjustability for the knee armor but don't remember me needing to adjust them. I'm sorry this doesn't help you. I hope it works out for you though.
@@tigerrider007 I'm 6:3 and a little broad in the shoulders so I just wanted to see what kinda of sizes they are because like you said it's stupid money to send them back for an exchange !
@@nateryan7041 depending on how much room you'd like to layer during colder rides. I get cold easy so I leave a little room for a couple layers. So, based on your size I'd think about ordering one size larger as a precaution. I'd rather have a tad loose than a tad tight. It is a bit of a gamble all around but you try to minimize the risk with RST and ordering from overseas. This particular suit was extremely stiff and sturdy, more so than Klim. It takes a long while to break that material in to the super comfortable level. If you get the correct fit, and are happy with the price, and the safety features of this kit then it's a winner, just be ready to deal with the other side of that coin, stiffness and comfort. Since returns are really out of the question, there's always eBay or ADV rider. Hope this helps.
Great review.
I have the blue colour
On equal level as klim if not better👍👍👍👍👍
Also love your dogs eyes beautiful pups

Hi Steve, I've been looking at this and the AS Bogota as well. How does the Bogota perform for you? Cheers Joe

All good, thanks for replying @@tigerrider007
What size was that rst gear ??
XL in both jacket and pants, if you watch the first 5 seconds I go over the size.
