  • Sick of carrying too much gear? Looking to downsize and still have everything you need? Here's what I've learnt over the years and my current light camping set up using Kriega's OS-Base and OS12 rackless bags, two SW-Motec LT-2 5 litre tank bags and a USWE MTB 12 litre Hydration Pack.

I use a Kathmandu brand 2-person tent which I’ve had for years (scroll through to 17:50 to see the monster of a thing). It does the job but it doesn’t fit the ‘lightweight’ category that’s for sure. Interested in what lightweight tents people are using.

Hi, thanks for the video - which OS base is that?

It is the OS-Base Universal Fit. kriega.com/os-base-rackless/os-base
Kriega don't make a custom OS-base for the Tiger. Not sure why not, perhaps because the Universal fit works quite well with a bit of adjustment. Add a comment if you'd like to see a a video on how I fitted it.

@@clarkstreetcustoms yes please - we have the universal but seems a bit small across the seat

Do you just sleep out in the open ? No tent ?

Scroll through to 17:50 to see the old tent I use. Need a lightweight option for sure.
