I went to Bike Park Wales in August 2020 and took Kirsty with me, she road this trail for a full day on day 1 and then requested that I do a speed run, as fast as I can so that she can get a gauge on how much faster she would need to go to keep up with me.
So here it is, be nice!! I'm a terrible rider but this is the fastest I could ride Kermit.
In fact in my opinion its harder to ride Kermit fast than it is any other trail because this trail has been built for beginners and so everything on it is a lot smaller. this means the trail doesn't support your speed and if you're like me you don't really have the talent to ride it fast lol.
It makes you work for a good lap time.
If you're looking to get out in to riding and are unsure, hit this trail for a day, you'll either love it or hate it.
Either way you'll know if this is the sport for you, I took Kirsty and now she's addicted, we've booked to come back ASAP and now she's watching CZcams videos on how to improve her technique and buying MTB T-Shirts!!
