Hello Jim I hope your allergies are doing alright, I recently found out my allergies worsen with dairy products like whip cream, sour cream, mayo, I couldn’t believe it because I almost went to hospital because both of my nostrils inflamed and I couldn’t breathe. After I switched to dairy free products, I got much better. Hope it’s gotten better for you and that summer allergies will treat our noses better too!
